[Bug] Forbidden area ignored after editing main area

I got an area in which I define a forbidden area (basically a hole I would like the robot to avoid).

It was working fine but yesterday I wanted to extend the main area (closer to the edge).
After I did it I asked the robot to take care of this area.
Some times after I receive a notification because the robot was unable to move. Indeed it was also entirely in the hole (fortunately no damage).

(Worth noting the changes I made to the main area are not close to the forbidden area...)

At first I was thinking the limit of the forbidden area was to close and maybe he slipped in so I watched it for a few minutes: It just drives directly into the hole.

I check the map on the app :

So the white lines that the forbidden area into account but not the black lines...

I deleted a redefine the forbidden area and it's OK now, white lines AND black lines directly avoid this area.

Not a big issue for me but since the forbidden area is still there and displayed, you can discover the hard way it has been ignored by your robot...

Dishwasher : How to no fall into "sub/cheaper model" ?

Sorry if this is not the right sub.

I'm looking for a new dishwasher and I'm thinking about SIemens (probably not a buy it for life but I would expect to last some years since our last cheap one last less than 3 years...).

We talk about that to our kitchen specialist we were in contact into for another project and he advices us this model :
https://www.siemens-home.bsh-group.com/be/fr/mkt-product/lave-vaisselle/lave-vaisselle-encastrable/lave-vaisselle-entierement-integrable/fully-integrated-60-cm-width/SN63EX06VE

I said I found the "same" (IQ300) on another reteller for cheaper :
https://www.mediamarkt.be/fr/product/_siemens-iq300-sn63ex14ce-lave-vaisselle-107122606.html

Our kitchen specialist told us to be careful because sometimes the store have "cheaper" model that looks like the original (but same brand).
At first I was skeptical (he wants to sell his stuff) but I have to admit the model number is not the same (but quite similar) and I'm not able to find this number on Siemens website...

So is it true and common practice for a brand to release an almost visually identical sub model? Is this sub model's quality lower?
If true: what is the benefit for the brand to do that? OK you sold one more unit but if the quality is lower and it breaks more easily, it will just prevent me to buy this brand in the future...

Coming back to the one he proposed us on Siemens website (1000€+). On their own website their proposed other point of sale and I follow the link to this :
https://www.vandenborre.be/fr/lave-vaisselle-encastrable/sn63ex06ve-iq300-variospeed-plus?cstrackid=961ead03-3d3a-4267-aae2-44608737960d

Same model, same model number but 400€ cheaper. Is this another trap? How can store sell those products that much cheaper than the original seller?

Sorry for those questions that can seems naive but with those "sub models" practice (that looks like a scam to confuse customer as much as possible) my trust is quite limited...

Got my house and part of it is fully dedicated to my company (office).
I would like to get a rent from my company. I'll have to check the rules about the price of course.

But I also would like my company to pay its fair share of electricity/fuel.

For the fuel it will be a superficy prorata.

For the electricity I put smart plug on all company related devices (NAS, network devices, ...) to measure energy and I would like my company to pay a % of the electricity invoice.

I'm a bit afraid those amount could be considered as BIK (and taxed a lot) where I'm currently personally paying stuff for my company and I would like to be reimburse.

Is there any standard/generic contract/lease agreement my wife and I (both owning the house) have to sign with the company to be clean in case of inspection ?

In case of such charge reimbursement, I guess there is no additional taxes?

I was thinking so see someone specialized but I guess this is a really generic situation.

EDIT : I realized the "charge" in the title should have been "utilities"
