hi guys! i just bought a certified pre owned 2023 honda HR-v sport two days ago. about 50 miles away from leaving the dealership I got a notification on the dash saying the blind spot monitoring system was unavailable (i’m guessing the dealership did something to prevent it from popping up which is super shady lol). The blind spots hadn’t been working on the test drive but honestly I didn’t notice because I’ve never had blind spot monitoring on a car before and I was used to not using it. I tried resetting it and everything else google told me to do but eventually i looked at the bumper and realized my bumper doesn’t even have the blind spot monitors on it. so i’m guessing the previous owners were in an accident and replaced it without reporting it on the car fax. I am wondering if anyone has any advice on what I should do as I keep trying to get ahold of the dealership and keep getting basically ignored.
