Does anyone else feel like people don’t generally like them?

I’ve always felt like I was difficult to love and my while I was angry in the past I’ve done a lot of healing since and I still feel that people don’t really like me as a person. My long-term close friends who have been my chosen family do, but I feel like most people don’t. It’s not necessarily that I do anything wrong and while I never voice this to others, it’s more that I don’t think I have a lot to offer people. I am more reserved and quiet. And I prefer to be in small groups or only like select people. But it does make me sad and I always feel like I never fit in anywhere.

Is this related to my CPTSD?

Advice for aggressive Sun Conure

About six months ago, I rescued a Sun Conure from a really bad situation who seems to be very traumatized. He came missing feathers and has not been able to grow them back. He bites a lot and hard enough to draw blood. I’ve only ever owned cockatiels and they have always been hand raised and sweet. I am way over my head here and am considering just finding him a new home, but who would buy a bird that bites? I am open to any advice.

What are we doing with corner fireplaces?

Everything I have seen online has told me not to put the TV above the fireplace. Instead, a lot of people put the entertainment center and TV to either side of the fireplace. Unfortunately, the layout of this living room room leaves no room on either side for a TV. How should I arrange couches here? Should I do two couches or just one sectional and an accent chair? What’s the best layout for this living room?

Seller wants to back out after Clear to Close

Long story short I am buying a house and negotiated $13,000 in concessions. There was also a HOA fee contract that the seller signed saying that they would cover $2200 in the HOA transfer fees as part of the negotiations. Two days before closing, a processor at my lender messed something up, and it pushed closing from July 2nd to July 7th because of the holiday. We got the clear to close today, and now the seller is saying that they will not sign an extension because the seller wasn’t aware that she agreed and signed to cover the $2200 HOA fees. She is threatening to back out of the sale unless I drop the buyers commission to 2.5% from 3% and drop the concessions by $5000. This will also cause closing date to push even further. If she backs out, can I sue because the reason she is backing out is because of the HOA fees that she signed a contract for?

Update: WE GOT THE SIGNED EXTENSION. My Agent called their bluff and bullied them (not actually) into submission. They will cover HOA, agreed Concessions, and 3% agent fee.

I lost black Chihuahua. She got out of the backyard and carry. Cross streets are Electra and Reedy creek and Dynasty.
