First time potential manager here. Do we think this is a fair contract?

The above contract was proposed to me by some family friends that I have been cleaning 1 bnb for. They're impressed with my work and asked me to manage their whole property.

One 2br 1bath house (which I've already been cleaning), one 4br 2ba house with a pool, 1 camper, and 2 camper sites. (Which would just be handling bookings for the 2 camper sites.)

I've never managed airbnbs before but I'm fairly confident I could do it if I bring on another cleaner.

I consider their pay proposal to be fair, but the part I'm not so sure about is the percentage deductions based on star ratings. What do you guys think?

Also is this percentage including the cleaning rate or is that going to be separate? It says overall booking revenue, sooo... idk.

My cat peed blood. Help.

Edit: Thank you everyone for your advice. I'm working out a way to get her to the vet now.

Sometimes my cat pees in the tub drain. Kinda gross, but easy to clean and it's better than peeing in my clothes.

Today, I was getting ready to take a shower and she hopped in there to *go*.

She was taking a while, so i was worried she was pooping... well, she was just straining. And she had heavily blood tinted pee. She shouldn't have a period because she's fixed. And she has constant access to water. (She has a fountain water feeder, because she drinks more often that way. )

Please someone give me advice on what to do until I can afford to go to the vet.

Behold: my 12 week old. Holding his own bottle. 😂🤍

First time my baby has held his own bottle with both hands open, AND it fell out and he repositioned it!! I'm sorry proud. And on mother's day, no less!

He was real hungry because I had to finish pumping this bottle for him. So you can tell he was motivated once he finally got it!

I already filled the bar and it said ready to checkout to withdraw credit, then after it showed the little thing where it was adding up the pennies amount of credit??

And showed this again?? Is ut just gonna keep popping up until I've spent a few 100?? 😮‍💨 what does the percentage mean?

I curled it beautifully with the warm water and rollers, and instructed my sister in law to leave in on the rollers until the event... well, clearly she couldn't help herself and has been messing about with it.

She tried soaking it in warm water to straighten it again, but she wasn't gentle and ended up making it very frizzy.

My knowledge is just limited enough to not know where to go from here. Is there any way to revive this?

They are blue now, and i know usually babies eyes can change up to a year after birth, but is there definitely no chance they change to brown?

My husband has blue eyes with green in the middle, and i have brown eyes. (Last 3 pics) My mom and her family has brown eyes, but my husband's parents and my dad's side of the family has blue eyes.

P.S. I have no problem with blue eyes, I'm just curious what you guys think.
