What novels have you noticed contain allusions to ISOLT?

not novels that just feel Proustian in style/structure, but where the author is clearly hinting at something specific from the Recherche. EDIT: Not looking for name dropping either

a scene that mirrors a particular episode, a passage that echoes proust's words, a reference to one of his characters, etc.

Zoloft taper causing histamine intolerance?

Hi everyone,

I have been on zoloft for 7 years at 150mg and in the past year ive been tapering and am now on 12.5mg. When I dropped to 25mg, I started noticing that when I eat histamine rich foods (or leftovers), I get severe headaches and insomnia. I'm wondering if anyone had a similar experience, and if it got better over time. Aka you became less "intolerant"

I had a break at the department today. Naturally, I turned on the TV to some old CCTV highlights. At first it was murder footage. Got bored so I changed the channel.

That’s when I saw it. A man walked across State and Ellsworth as the light flashed green. Hesitantly at first. But he kept glancing backwards. Cars honked. One nearly rear-ended another trying to slow down for him. He didn’t care. He was looking at a girl.

Subject was an asian male, approximately 5’10.

I really feel like we should have talked to him. These kids need to learn to follow the law.
