Use to be able to take a walk on my lunch break. Now I’m just sitting here at a desk with bad lighting watching the clock.

RTO is absolutely pointless and it feels horrible. That’s all. Theres literally nothing going on today, all my meetings have been on teams along with everyone else who sits around me.

There‘s a movie theater up the street. Bet I could go watch a full length film and nobody would even know I was gone.

edit. No I’m not actually going to skip work for a movie.…the next show isn’t until 5:15.

Haven’t watched the Infinity Castle Dub since it dropped in theaters. Feels like I’m being punished.

I just don’t understand the logic behind making it so that nobody can watch the dub version of this movie. I know the Japanese home version is releasing…eventually… and that’s awesome.

It’s been way too long.

And there are 2-3 more movies to be made before we reach the end?

Thats going to feel horrible lol.

Stop blaming consumers for the environment created by corporations.

The current system doesn’t give gamers a neutral buffet of options; it gives them a menu that publishers and platform owners have spent years pruning and repricing.

Many games don’t have discs at all, and on platforms like PlayStation discs are being phased out by policy, not by a vote of gamers.

Within that constrained menu people understandably pick what’s cheaper and more convenient—but that’s not the same thing as consumers being to blame for physical dying.

That’s corporations shaping the range of choices and then pointing at the resulting stats.

”Look a these sales percentages in vacuum and gaslight yourself into blaming yourself for physical media dying!”

Received my physical copy of Skyrim for the Switch 2…only to discover that it’s just a code in box that still has a cartridge slot for some reason. Obnoxious. I feel played.

[My photo] Parks and Recreation cleared out a large stretch of tall grass and weeds near the baseball field, which means it’s basically open season on field mice now. Spotted this beauty already making dinner plans.

Am I wrong for thinking the refs were legitimately trying to sabotage the Knicks in at least 3 games of this series?

Because from where I’m sitting, the Knicks absolutely won in spite of the whistle in at least two of these games, and it felt like the officials were bending over backwards to keep the Spurs alive.

And yet, even with what felt like 5-on-8 out there, Knicks still pulled out wins where the calls were clearly slanted toward San Antonio.

I’m not saying “scripted,” but man… if you told me the league really, really wanted this to go 6 or 7 for the ratings and the Wemby storyline, I wouldn’t exactly fall out of my chair from shock.

Exxon warns oil inventories will hit dangerously low levels in weeks, forcing prices to shoot higher

$400 /month.

Thats how much my family would spend on gas alone due to RTO.

No way.
