[Bought this watch on my own without any dealer/manufacture incentive to review.]

Recently got this one, with the PT5000. So far it’s keeping good time and is (in my opinion) really nicely build and finished.

The bracelet was very easy to size with its screw construction and has micro-adjust.

The listing claims 200M water resistance, I find it a bit strange that the case/dial bears no mention of water resistance whatsoever though.

But considering that I paid $170 for it on AliX, I’m kind of blown away! Sapphire crystal, high beat movement, thin profile. I’ll be curious to see how it fares with use.

Rose cut green sapphire set in an Argentium bezel on a sterling silver band.

For some reason, I can’t find anything quite like this online (apart from attached to this watch I don’t want).

Really stoked on how this one turned out, band is recycled sterling silver and the setting is Argentium.

So, I make these loop in loop chains out of Argentium 940 on a fairly regular basis and I’m confident in my ability to make them solidly. The links are fused which Argentium lends itself to well.

I’d like to make one in 14k yellow gold, but I really can only see how I’d pull it off if I can fuse the gold jump rings in a similar manner. I’d give myself very low odds of success with soldered jump rings as these chains require frequent annealing during production, and have tightly placed links; I’d bet good money that I’d end up reflowing solder somewhere very inconvenient.

I use Legor premium working yellow master alloy (from Rio) to make 14k gold wire (if that matters), I could use a different master alloy if that was critical here and I could source it. I’m an amateur, so no wholesale accounts anywhere.

Open to other process suggestions as well!
