LONG STORY SHORT im a revert in a islamophobic household,i dont know any arabic. Can i call myself a Muslim if i have to rely/read on the official translation in my language of the Quran instead of the actual Quran in Arabic? I believe in Islam but it feels im not a real Muslim cause i cant read the Quran and can only read translations due to not knowing Arabic.

So its probably my shittiest fic i know but hear me out. Its a big fuckass crossover just like everything i write(which is why im gonna put the characters og media in paranthesis)

Plot is:Fern Flare(MLP)is the son of a famous swords maker in the country(a country i made tf up). His father makes the best swords in all of the country,his products selling high for their quality and their presicion. Then one day,the father disappears after a day at work,leaving Fern with more questions than answers. He starts searching for his father,which leads to him being recruited by Chuuya Nakahara(BSD)from The Mafia,a group that promise they have the information to find Fern’s father. At the same time,The Mafia are in a war against another group(unnamed so far),who has a personal beef with everyone associated with a underground group Fern’s father was a part of,The Dead Hand.

Characters i plan to include except for Chuuya and Fern are Tamsy(Gachiakuta),Scaramouche(Genshin),MaskedArab(not a character but its RPF wtv) and some more of my faves.

Its cause they deliberatly CHOSE me to be their fucking daughter,like im fuckass adopted from a Asian country to a European to be their ”daughter”,a lot of white people go to fucking Asia to get a ”Asian doll” child,preferably a girl. And when i found out im a dumb poon that ruined their view of their ”asian doll girl” and they have to face having to raise a moidson and not a little geisha. So basically its gonna be a mix between MLP and Gachiakuta in its settings and characters,my plan currently is that the Sphere is Canterlot,and the Ground/Pit stays the same. Criminals gets sent into the Ground just like in Gachiakuta,but the Sphere/Canterlot is filled with magic,something that only spherites(?)know of,the people at the Ground doesnt know of magic at all. also all characters are humans so the ponies are humanized,lol.

The main plot is by me intended to be about Fern Flare(a minor Kirin character in MLP:FiM)a 18 year old who commits a crime involving magic in Canterlot and gets sent to the sphere. He meets Tamsy Caines,who spots him trying to fight trash beasts with magic,something that doesnt work on the Ground. Then Tamsy is probably gonna teach Fern about vital instruments and makes him join the Cleaners so he can get back to Canterlot/the Sphere. Im intending for Fern and Tamsy to be the main characters,with minor characters being some MLP characters(in Canterlot)and Gachi,RPF and BSD characters on the ground.

title,i am gonna write a fanfic set in the MLP:FiM universe with my own characters but i do NOT intend for it to be targeted towards anyone under 15 due to dark topics. I dont have too much in mind but i have some concepts i decided should be included in the story. Some of them are:

-one character witnessing their parents die then joins a villain group. Then they end up oweing the leader a debt they cant pay,so they leave due to the debt.

-Another character gets sold into forced labour and only escape cause of a miracle.

-A third is suicidal and has done two attempts

-A fourth ends up having a burnout due to constant pressure from their parents.

I was mainly wondering how i can make the story still feel like a MLP story despite these heavy topics. I know there are some darker topics already in the show(like Starlights cult)but i wonder if i can make this story in a ”MLP way” or if i should cross out certain themes from my story. Let me know anything i can do.
