Princess would be a better teacher for Starlight.

I feel Luna would be able handle and mentor Starlight better due to their shared history of being villians and being out of step with modern pony society. Also I think Luna would be able handle Starlight quirks and tendencies better.

If future MLP Gens wish to bring back the idea of ponies befriending other clans, I think it'd be fun if they based it on the old G1 "Pony Friends" toys. (If only because I think the idea of ponies befriending dinosaurs are funny)

Sunburst and Moondancer would make a very healthy relationship.

I don't see these two paired together, which is a shame! There's a lot of narrative potential for these two that could have been explored in the show.

Both are absolute knowledge hoarders, studying for the sake of studying and finding great fascination in a wide array of topics. Moondancer, with sciences, magic, history, economics, and pottery. Sunburst, with practical magic, artifacts, ancient history, Old Ponish language, and even geology.

Both are pretty socially awkwardly nerds that have history with a powerful unicorn friend. In Sunburst's case, him getting his cutie mark is what led Starlight down her whole downward spiral. Moondancer would experience her own downward spiral with Twilight's absence, as seen in the amazing "Amending Fences".

Sunburst has the baggage of essentially being a college dropout that worked with his limitations and became an important wizard in his own right.

Moondancer has the baggage of neglecting herself, her self care, her social life, due to feeling unwanted after putting herself out there socially finally. Her entire breakdown in her debut episode exudes years of that self-loathing and isolation.

I feel that, in some way, these two would emphasize with one another in a way foreign to the average pony, and they'd understand each other beyond social awkwardness and develop some pretty amazing chemistry.

A possible initial interaction. Bumping into each other by chance in a library, awkwardly chatting at first, then finding common interest in something totally innocuous. Like both of them preferring to use a bookmark over folding a page to save their place in a good book. That'd be a pretty cute dynamic, borrowing a book together and using a bookmark to communicate. Just one hypothetical interaction, of course.

How they'd interact can vary drastically depending on when in the timeline they'd meet. Moods and mindsets can be a very thought provoking thing. But once a bond is established, they could potentially be academic, magical colleagues, friends, partners even! Challenging themselves and each other to be their best versions. And maybe something beyond that between them.

I just think that'd be nice. I just like these two nerds way too much. Total missed opportunity.

What are your thoughts?

While it was valid how Twilight was feeling during the 2017 film, it was still horrible of her to steal Queen Novo's pearl behind everyone's backs, especially considering her friends were just about to gain the Queen's trust

Twilight’s friends had just as much right to be upset at her as she was at them. If I didn’t know any better, I would say Twilight deserved to be captured Tempest.

Honestly, I see so many people with the "Twilight was valid for this/Twilight did nothing wrong/Twilight shouldn’t have needed to apologize/etc." take that I'm honestly sick of hearing it

Snips and Snails are the only EQG designs that are better than the originals

They look so much better in EQG, the only designs I really like from it tbh

Do you think that Rainbow Dash in the last episode where they show that she became a trainer is still performing and taking part of shows or is she just teaching new Wonderbolts and no longer performing? 🤔🌈

( I love Rainbow Dash haha 😁 )

The original My Little Pony special was more hardcore than you’d expect, it basically ends with them killing their world’s version of the devil.

Season 5 Foreshadowing in Rainbow Rocks

Did you know that in "Rainbow Rocks" there is some foreshadowing to Season 5, where Rarity's seat was glowing, then it glows back again in the Season 5 premiere, as where the rest of the Mane 6's seats were glowing, that results the Cutie Map being formed? Since Season 5's premiere is set a few days/weeks after the events of Rainbow Rocks, Twilight returns back home, and unites with her friends and they discussed all about the castle, while the ending scene of Rainbow Rocks is possibly set during the Season 5 finale where Sunset writes to Princess Twilight and gets a new look right after the events of Season 5's premiere.

What if: Sugar appeared in Pony Life

If they added Sugar in Pony Life... (G4.5) well, what would she be like, different from her original G4 counterpart who loves to bake amazing treats, and is now a part of the Apple family and are now a sister-in-law to Applejack and Bloom?

The fandom has a weird interpretation of Celestia and her love of cake

It's really just a joke for one episode, the one where the cutie mark crusaders are collecting gossip of everyone in town. Including the princess for some reason, the only other time that I can think of where Celestia having a sweet tooth is relevant is the cake murder mystery episode where Celestia is the judge of the sweets competition Pinkie Pie and the cake family entered. The fans ran with this idea though because soon in fanon, all Celestia does is eat cake and is completely obsessed with it. It's the only thing that's ever on her mind. I get it because it is a funny idea that this regal and composed character actually has a sweet tooth. I just wanted to point this out.

Equestria Girls should've had a proper ending

Equestria Girls is a mixed bag for a lot of people, some see the spinoff as a classic while others just see it as a corporate mistake that was just mooching off of the main series. I honestly think what makes things worse is that MLP had a solid and even a little emotional ending while Equestria Girls just kinda ended. On a random ass winter special, what if we had a finale where the girls are graduating from high school and getting ready for college? The sad thing could be that they're all going to different colleges and won't see other for awhile. They could split up kinda like how Twilight and Spike moved out of town and won't be around their friends as much in the main show. I think it would've been bittersweet having characters in both shows growing up and moving on with their lives. Instead, Equestria Girls didn't do anything significant in the grand scheme of things.

What if: The 1st EqG film had a teaser trailer? What would it be like that connects to FiM's 3rd Season and 4th Season?
