[UK] At my wits end with DPD

Sold an item on eBay and shipped it to Portugal. The tracking info hasn't updated past the original collection which was on 30th July.

People on the phone refuse to help me and just fob me off to their shit online service. Nobody is replying to my emails. The customer in eBay seems to think I'm scamming him.

How can a large courier be this dogshit at delivering packages and customer service?

Does anyone have any idea what I'm supposed to do?

Hi guys,

This three phase belt sander is going to be scrapped in the next couple days if nobody takes it. The building I had it in is getting knocked down and it needs to go.

It's ex-college and in working order. I'm in County Down, N. Ireland

I really don't want to scrap a good machine so I'm willing to give it away to anyone on here who wants it and can collect it.

It's VERY heavy but I can load it with a forklift
