People who managed to get a job abroad within EU, give me advice.

I have 7+ YOE and I can not get a single interview outside of my town. I have no problem getting interviews where I live (Budapest), but it seems to me like noone is interested in hiring foreign talent.

At the same time, there is a way, but I don't know what is the way. My company has hundreds of people who got relocated to here from another country.

Before you ask why I don't ask them, I do. But it's hard to find the time to chat with someone long enough to discuss this information in a professional environment.

Some melee shove/push/kick mechanic to self peel would go a long way.

I have 0 faith that anything like this will be implemented. I just wanted to get it off my mind.

To put it simply: Since blocking does not give you an advantage, and there is no way in the game to self peel somehow in any other way than doors, melee combat in 1v1-s is mostly just stat checking, and that sucks.

Not to mention how buggy and unreliable blocking gets at that close range.

Vow of Silence should reach max stacks after 1 cast, now that the bonus is so low.

Not even gona mention that the bonus should be capped at minimum 50%.

Love this skill but really struggling to find any practical use for it now.

Looking for advice on keeping outside parked car in good shape.

I have a car that I only use like once a week for an hour, and the rest of the time it's just parked outside on the street.

I'm looking for info and advice on how to take care of the car. Stuff like protecting it from the elements, keeping it clean, and general maintenance for cars that only get turned on from time to time.

I'm not knowledgeable when it comes to cars.

I'm considering buying some sort of cover to protect the car from the sun, leaves, rain and other weather effects.

I am looking to play with a Chinese friend. What is a game that Chinese people commonly play? I'm thinking of board or card game. I want to play somethind they are familiar with.

Title says it all.

I live in Europe and trying to make friends with a Chinese colleague. I thought playing some physical game would be a good way to break the ice and get closer.

Looking for recommendations for such games.

The Cleric spell to make food is more.useful than it might first seem.

The cleric spell to summon food summons a water that is like a health potion and bread that is kinda like a bandage, and the spell has 3 charges.

However, the water is basicky a health potion that can stack with the normal health potion, so technically it enables you to stack the heal over time of two potions during combat.

This can actually be quiet useful on high resistance builds for your teammates, or even for you if you are a high pdr cleric, and you have magic heal from perks and gear to further enhance the heal over time of your potions.

At first I thought the spell was pretty bad since there is no shortage of potions amd bandages, but this interaction makes me look at the spell in a new light.

Does the rank that shows up in profile for past seasons the end of season rank, or top rank reached that season?

I don't remember if the rank at the bottom right side of statistics page in profile is the rank you had at the end of the season, or the highest rank you had during that season.

Which is it?

How did daily meetings, sprint plans and retros survive this long?

I always thought that these surveilance and micromanagement meetings were pushed by managers or people who's entire jobs were to manage meetings and Jira tickets.

However recently I started working at a very big global firm in my city and it is one of the top employers here, and there are actually very few mamagers, or atleadt the ones I can see.

In my office floor there are around 100 ish people working and 90% of them are software developers and I've yet to meet a single person without a master's degree. Everyone is very technical and everyone actually produces output. Zero managers.

However we still have so much time wasted by meetings. Every daily standup is at minimum 50 minutes and it is all pointless and just disruptive.

I just don't understand that if everyone is trying to be productive in the team and push actual code and produce output, then why do the team leads enforce so many pointless meetings, meanwhile complaining to the team every day that they have no time due to the amount of meetings they have.

Today I had 1 goal, to put in 3 fields into a json schema, validate it, change tests accordingly and make 3 jira tickets for it. I thought it would be easy 2 hours of work.

Spent 3 hours on a daily standup + grooming, and got sidetracked with a db connection issue + non mandatory but mandatory superlong team lunchbreaks snd ended up not finishing in 8+ hours what should have taken me at most 2 hours.

Not even going to mention the absolute insanity that are the internal architecture complicating everything 10x and it's just baffling how the simplest of tast literally get bloated up 10x in time cost.

Not being able to be productive is frustrating.

Slapathur talent stuns buildings on PTR.

This is most definitely not intended.

Level 4, get Slapathur talent, place a mine inside enemy base, burrow in and take out a fort solo with locust swarm in like 15-20 seconds.

This is like next level Leoric strat, except it's game breaking.

Torrent site for adult movies.

For years I can not find a site where I can actually torrent adult content from. Like, any site I try even if I find what I'm looking for, it just doesn't download and is stuck on 0%. Even the videos that have 50-100+ seeders. I'm not even trying to download anything niche. Just like couple year old brazzerz stuff.

I've been playing for 11 years on top ranks and the current implementation of Blind as a Bat(Mal'ganis lvl 16 talent) is one of the most broken things in the history of this game.

Like, I struggle to put into words just how broken Mal'ganis is currently.

He is completely dominating matches at the absolute top ranks.

Blind as a Bat is a mosh pit with less cooldown, no channel that makes you immune to damage on lvl 16.

Blind as a Bat would STILL be the best talent option, and a really strong option, if it removed the stun from Q for it's duration.

You CAN NOT give a tank the ability to chain stun in an AOE for 6 seconds while outhealing all dmg and have it be balanced. Not to mention it straight up just kills everyone on it's own without any help.

Like, how is this even a discussion?

Today I learned after 11 years of playing that you can "counter" blindness like Dehaka ult.

I was playing Raynor and used Hyperion just before getting hit by the Dehaka ult that blinds you.

Hyperion still provided vision and I was able to keep shooting at range without issue.

What other effects give you vision through these blinding effects like Dehaka ult, Sylvanas and Malganis lvl 20 upgrade talents?

I liked HoMM back in the day a long time ago, but since then I know I will lose interest in these games extremely fast if I just play them against AI.

I am assuming that multiplayer with more than 2 people is tedious due to long turn wait times and such?

How alive and well is the multiplayer aspect in these games?
