I'm not sure if this is a bug or limitation

I recently switched from the attack shark x3 to a dragon fly r1 se+. I prefer the body and the actual triggers feel nicer but I'm quite annoyed that only one side button seems to work at a time. Now with my x3 i had them binded to shift and control and did the same for the dragonfly. I realized the issue when I tried reopening a tab only to find it just made a new time and didn't register both control and shift.

Is it worth returning a b580 ($300) for a refurbished 7700xt ($340)

probably buyers remorse but I currently run with a b580 which is solid but definitely a bottleneck for my cpu (9700x). I play a solid amount of GTA V hitman Cyberpunk, soon to be rdr2.
