A thunderstorm recently tookout my lan port from either my router or pc, so i tried setting up a hotspot from my phone to my pc but it doesn’t work.

I get a connection for a little bit, last night i was even able to play a game of rocket league, but today i get a connection for two or three seconds and it stops working. Any fixes?
