Finished my Terminator Champion for my teminator squad lol

First time trying highlights so I kept it subtle, can't wait to see how the others turn out

Working on my Black Legion army and decided to practice helmetless heads using a spare from my parts box. Does this work for Black Legion units? What are some ways I could improve?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I finally decided to start actually building an army so I can learn to play and decided to go with Black Legion since I had a bunch of models already on hand, but i've never built an army for tabletop yet. This is a list for a 1000pt army, and I decided to go for a more "heavy" based build, is there anything I should change/remove from this list?

As someone who's only been painting for a few years i've always liked to look at older models and see how far i've come

The first picture is my first model i've ever painted, a chaos lord in terminator armor, I got it ~2-3 years ago to see if I would enjoy painting, which I did

The second picture is one of my legionaries, which I recently finished, and the difference is night and day. I still think there's room to improve, but i'm still prpud of how far i've come in this hobby
