Ratios??

Got a flat white - I asked with 2 shots and had maybe the short 8 or 10 oz size- was perfect… next day didn’t specify and received the normal size (12 or 16 oz?) and it was way too milky. I asked about it and they said what I actually wanted was a cortado. Made me one and it was too strong- I added a ton of creamer.

So- is the ratio the same with different drink sizes or will different sizes of the same drink be stronger or weaker? I’m only an. Occasional Starbucks drinker and can never get it right! Usually have a nespresso shot at home with half-and-half.

Most recently had ASICS Gel Cumulus and like those over a rocker type shoe. Need a neutral shoe but one that can accommodate narrow foot with high arch. I like my shoe to feel like part of my foot if that makes sense- very snug fit but not tight.

Here’s the problem- Typically if I tie where my foot feels secure enough where it won’t budge inside the shoe, the laces put a lot of pressure on the top of my foot and I need to keep adjusting and re-tying. I’ve used inserts but not 100% happy with those either- haha. Any other ideas?

Anyone have a really rough reaction to typical colds??

I have actually felt better recently than I have in a long time- a combo of no alcohol, cleaning up my diet, getting my meds regulated (now taking levoxyl with Levo to bring up my T3 levels to normal), getting hormone levels back to normal and losing weight. However Over the past few months, I’ve gotten 2 colds and each time they have taken me out- in bed for days, overwhelming fatigue- a full week to recover. I don’t know if it’s just that now there’s such a stark difference to the way I normally feel since I’m not fatigued daily or if my body is reacting majorly and having a flare up along with the cold… anyone else?

My Sienna has wiper speeds of fast and faster. Ok- technically they have the slow speed where it’s supposed to be adjustable, but no matter which way it’s turned it defaults to the fast speed after about 2 wipes. I find myself even on long trips automatically bumping the wipers for each wipe if it’s not pouring. My 2012 Sienna was like this also. Are the new models any better?
