Do you travel with your pizza oven? If so what does your set up look like? This set up has been camping and to many of my friends houses and gets packed away and no other equipment needed (cutting board and cutter are off camera)

I went to Smithfield’s last night and here are some prices for people’s comparison. Brisket ranged between £9-£11 ox tail was round £10 with around £1/2 difference between counters.

12 hour cook on this beef ribs, wrapped at 170f internal and held for 2 hours at 150f. Think it was a more fatty cut than in use to but tasted nice
Sadly last year our cat passed away due to kidney disease and this year a relative has also lost a cat around the same time. Have UK vets noticed an increase of pet deaths during the heatwaves we’ve been having which normally would have been unaffected?
We have come to terms with the loss of our pet and this isn’t a way of justifying just curious on your opinions

Ins 2018 the UK government extended the postgraduate student finance to doctoral students. I’m wondering if anyone else has taken the self funded/ student finance route and actually finished or was this another back door for lower ranked universities to lure students in?

Hoping to have this for dinner today 🤞🏻 seasoned with Kinder prime stake black garlic and truffle because I had no pepper in the house. This is the first low and slow cook and the batteries were dead so it’s plugged in today
The cart and side tables do take up more space than the bbq itself but it was quite useful not having to carry it. It did catch a lot of attention and many people came to ask what bbq it was. My only comment is it only got to 225c with the 1 full hopper hex briquettes and at 2.5hrs it was steady at 180-200c
Does anyone have any advice for getting hex charcoal briquettes going on the MB portable bbq? I’m considering cutting them in 1/3s and laying them the other way to improve airflow? I’m using these because it’s low smoke in the garden
It feels too good at this price point when it’s still on sale for £199 on other sites. Low expectations but could be good for a beach bbq or at the allotment?
No real reason to ask but always found the police shows fascinating how creative people get when hiding stuff and not being very creative myself I have no idea how people come up with this stuff.
