Need a service to file c corp tax extension form 7004?

My business partner almost paid a random company online to handle our C Corp tax extension, but the whole website felt sketchy and full of hidden fees.

Now we’re trying to find a legit service that can file Form 7004 without overcharging or making the process confusing.

There are so many ads and official looking sites that it’s hard to tell what’s actually trustworthy.

Just looking for something reliable and simple since this is our first time dealing with a corporate tax extension.

What services have people here actually used without issues?

Any preference between WooCommerce and Shopify?

I keep bouncing back and forth because every time I lean toward one platform, I immediately start seeing the downside of it.

Some days I love the idea of having full control over everything and not relying on a company’s ecosystem. Other days I think I’d rather have something stable that just works without me constantly maintaining it.

The annoying part is that both approaches make sense depending on what kind of stress you’d rather deal with.

For people who’ve spent time running stores on either platform, did you end up valuing flexibility more or simplicity more over time?

[The Hunter's Gonna Lay Low] is the best "hunter/system" BL ever!

These are the things I love about The Hunter's Gonna Lay Low :

  1. The Main leads: I love how they were written. How 'J' is so kind and selfless and how Sayoung wants Uijae to like prioritize himself for once (at least, that's what I'm gathering from the recent chapters). I get that the MC's personality might be bland to some, but I love him! I also love how slow yet just right the development of their relationship is. The little smiles Uijae has plastered on his face and how he's getting attached without realizing it. Lol.

  2. The mystery: Since I just picked up the novel, I am yet to find out the mysteries about their universe and the apocalypse, if it's happening or not and how.

  3. Kkokko.

I'm hopeful for a good novel. I'm still at the base of the novel so I just hope that it's not going to turn bad once I read deeper ❤️

Would you go for Weebly or Wix?

Whenever people talk about website builders, Wix gets mentioned constantly, while Weebly feels weirdly quiet these days. But at the same time, I still see people saying they stick with Weebly because it’s simpler and less overwhelming.

That made me wonder if “having more features” matters as much as people think it does.

If you’ve used both, which one felt better to live with after the excitement of building the site wore off?

Did you form an LLC before you started charging customers?

I’m getting ready to launch a small digital product and I’m at the point where I need to decide whether to start accepting payments now or set up an LLC first.

Realistically I don’t expect huge revenue anytime soon. If I’m lucky it’ll probably make a few hundred dollars a month in the beginning.

But I still keep thinking about stuff like privacy, taxes, and whether my personal name and address will end up attached to invoices or payment records somewhere.

Part of me wants to keep things simple and validate the idea first before dealing with LLC paperwork, registered agents, business banking, and all the admin stuff. The other part worries I’ll regret not setting everything up properly from day one.

For people who launched small apps, SaaS tools, or digital products, what did you actually do in the beginning?

How to Choose the Best CRM for a Small Business Team

Hey everyone,

I’m currently helping a growing distribution business choose its first real CRM, and honestly the number of options out there is a bit overwhelming.

We have a relatively small team with a handful of sales reps and one person handling marketing, and our main goals are pretty straightforward:

Track deals and opportunities

Manage customer communication

Keep sales activity organized

Improve visibility across the team

The problem is that every CRM platform seems to advertise hundreds of features, complicated pricing models, and endless add ons. It’s hard to tell what’s actually useful for a small to midsize team versus what’s just enterprise level functionality we may never touch.

A few things we’re trying to figure out:

How important is automation early on?

Is it better to start simple or choose something more scalable from day one?

How much customization do small teams realistically need?

What features ended up being genuinely useful versus unnecessary?

We’re trying to avoid choosing a CRM that becomes too complicated or expensive after setup.

Right now we’ve been looking at HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, and Monday, but I’d really like to hear from people who recently went through this process themselves.

How did you narrow down your CRM options?

What factors mattered most for your team in the long run?

Anything you regret overlooking when choosing your CRM?

Would really appreciate any practical advice or lessons learned.

Thanks in advance.

What Finally Worked for My Large PDF Problem

I dealt with a very similar issue while transferring archived engineering reports between two systems with annoying file size limits. At first I tried Adobe Acrobat, Smallpdf, and PDFsam. Acrobat worked but felt too heavy for repetitive tasks, while Smallpdf struggled with really large files. PDFsam was decent, but the workflow was not very smooth when handling multiple oversized PDFs.

Eventually I switched to iLovePDF and honestly it made the process much simpler. I used the split-by-page-range option and adjusted the sections until each file stayed under the upload limit. The formatting stayed intact and I didn’t run into corruption issues during uploads. Since your storage system already supports recombining PDFs, splitting them beforehand with iLovePDF could be a pretty practical workaround.

monthly accounting for a bulgarian eood is simpler than i expected - here is what is actually required

i was genuinely surprised by how light the compliance is compared to what i had running in my previous eu country. for a small eood with a few invoices a month the accountant handles essentially everything. monthly vat return if vat registered, monthly filings with the tax authority, and an annual financial statement. the annual audit requirement only kicks in above certain thresholds so for a bootstrapped solo operation you are probably not hitting it. this IT company formation guide actually covers the accounting obligations side in detail since most IT founders have similar setups. the thing that surprised me most was how standardized everything is. for people running a single-owner company in europe: how much are you paying monthly for accounting and does your accountant actually understand digital business invoicing?

Is Shopify legit?

I know Shopify is huge and obviously tons of businesses use it. But while researching it, I kept running into random comments from people complaining about fees, shutdowns, support issues, or feeling “trapped” once their store was built.

Now I’m trying to separate normal business frustrations from actual red flags.

For people who’ve really used Shopify, what’s your experience like? Does it generally do what it promises, or are there things you only discover after committing to it?

I’m just looking for the stuff people wish they knew earlier, good or bad.

Is GoDaddy website builder easy to use?

I’m thinking about trying the GoDaddy website builder because I honestly don’t want to spend weeks learning web design just to get a basic site online.

But before I jump in, I’m curious what the actual experience is like for someone starting from scratch. Is it one of those platforms where you can realistically figure things out in an afternoon, or does it get confusing once you try to customize things properly?

Things like editing pages, connecting a domain, mobile layout, adding contact forms, all that stuff.

If you’ve used it before, what was the learning curve like for you?

Best CRM for Construction Companies and Contractors

Hey everyone,

I help manage a small home renovation and contracting business, and we’ve started realizing that our current system of spreadsheets, text messages, and handwritten notes is becoming hard to manage as more projects come in.

We’re now looking for the best CRM for construction companies that can help us stay organized with leads, estimates, clients, and ongoing jobs without making things overly complicated for the team.

A few things we’d like the CRM to handle:

Lead and client tracking

We get inquiries from referrals, Facebook, and our website, so we need a way to track leads and follow ups without losing potential jobs.

Project management

It would be helpful to keep notes, job progress, schedules, and communication connected to each customer or project.

Task reminders and team coordination

Something that can help assign tasks, reminders, or updates to office staff and field workers would make life much easier.

Easy to use

Most of our crew are not tech focused, so we want something simple that people will actually use consistently.

Reasonable pricing

We’re a growing business, so we want solid features without paying enterprise level prices.

So far I’ve looked into Jobber, Buildertrend, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM, but I’d love to hear real experiences from contractors or construction companies using these platforms.

What CRM has worked best for your construction or contracting business?

Any tools that really helped improve scheduling, follow ups, or project organization?

Thanks in advance for any recommendations.

I didn’t realize how common this is , low energy, brain fog, and people exploring hormone evaluation through telehealth

One thing I didn’t expect while reading more about testosterone and related health topics is how common these kinds of symptoms seem to be.

Low energy, brain fog, easier weight gain around the midsection, and low motivation , I honestly thought it was just me getting older or slightly out of shape. But the more I read, the more I see people in their 30s–50s describing very similar experiences.

What’s confusing is how different the approaches are depending on where you look. Some people say they improved things just by tightening up lifestyle habits like sleep, diet, and training. Others talk about going through a more structured medical evaluation and longer term care through clinics, including telehealth setups where labs and followups are handled remotely.

I’m still in the research phase, but it’s interesting how much variation there is in how this is approached.

At this point I’m just trying to understand what responsible care actually looks like in this space , something structured, not rushed decisions, and not extreme opinions in either direction.

Has anyone here gone through a proper evaluation through telehealth and felt like the process was actually consistent and well guided?

How do users rate the performance of hydraulic tile molding machines?

Trying to find honest feedback on the performance of hydraulic tile molding machines without wading through biased marketing fluff has been a total mission lately. I spent way too many hours calling local industrial yards and digging through ancient, clunky forums, but everything I found was either completely thrashed or priced like a collector's item. One guy actually tried to sell me a used press so caked in rust and old sludge I couldn’t even find the serial number, yet he still swore it was in "mint condition" while the motor sounded like a dying lawnmower.

It is just so draining when you just want a reliable setup that won't give up the ghost mid job. I eventually just fell down a rabbit hole on Alibaba to see what actual modern manufacturing looks like these days. Lemme tell you, seeing those listings was a total breath of fresh air because the user reviews and verified supplier ratings were actually right there to read. I found myself scrolling through pages of super sleek units where real buyers posted actual photos of the machines in their workshops.

I’m still totally second guessing the cycle speed though. Is it gonna be a massive headache trying to maintain a high output with these automatic hydraulic systems, or do they actually stay consistent throughout a full shift?

Every time I look up the GoDaddy website builder, the reactions are all over the place. Some people make it sound perfectly fine for a simple business site, while others talk about it like it’ll ruin your life.

That’s what’s confusing me.

I’m not building anything complicated. I just want a clean site that’s easy to manage without spending weeks learning a platform.

But I also don’t want to pick something I’ll regret six months later because I took the easy route.

So for people who used it, what was the experience after the honeymoon phase? Did it genuinely do the job or did you eventually hit a wall?

Hello teachers! This school year is going to be my first time teaching. I am going to handle daycare learners and mag-isa ko lang since it is located sa sitio namin.

Problem 1: Medyo abrupt akong natawag to teach, I don't have any prior seminars about teaching daycare learners since I am a unit earner, not an educ graduate. I just took the LET last March. Therefore, I don't know how to start. Tho, I have the recommended calendar to follow naman.

Problem 2: Sweldo, it's really not much. Maybe, less than 5k/month. Siguro okay na ito because no one really wants to teach daycare dito kaya ang ending magong kawawa ang mga bata. And, t's like a community service na rin on my part. Also, hindi rin naman ako nagrrent nor nagttravel since I am from here.

What should I do, Chers?

I went in thinking I’d just pick a plan and be done, but the more I click through GoDaddy’s site, the less sure I am what I’d be paying.

It starts off looking simple, then suddenly there’s hosting, domain stuff, email, upgrades and I can’t tell what’s included vs what sneaks in later. I don’t want to sign up thinking it’s one price and then realize I missed something obvious.

If you’re using it right now, what does your total cost look like in real life?

Getting married soon and wanted to do something small before everything gets hectic. Not looking for anything flashy, just a meaningful moment with my partner. Somewhere quiet, maybe a nice view. Any ideas?

Accidental Baby

I was scrolling past this manhwa for weeks now and thought I'd give it a try. Glad I did because it's so funny and I love them!

Yes, it is omegaverse.

I'm also enjoying the chibis (because there's like a lot). It's cute, and the MCs reactions lol, I want more! And oh, the ML is so down bad for him. 😍

No heavy drama yet, not sure if I want it to have one? But maybe I want (50/50 on this) to see them resolving something much more than their first misunderstanding. But I would never hate fluff stories! ❤️
