These days data analyst postings are only HR/healthcare/finance related & none want a CS background

And they’ll be like “Must have 10+ years experience in our ultra niche HR software called GABA-GOOK”

Or “Must know python, R, C++, tableau and MEDICAL CODING skills of a NURSE PRACTITIONER”

GLP1 only works well if I take metformin with it. Or else it just prevents me overeating. Can anyone relate???

I know this sub probably demonizes metformin to the max, but that just wasn’t my experience. Metformin gave me so much natural energy (not caffeine type energy where you get jittery then crash)

I quit metformin just to try wegovy alone and even though I increased my dosage it doesn’t work as well for me. I feel like it just prevents me over eating but not to the point where I’m calorie deficit but when I take metformin and wegovy, I noticed that I literally don’t crave any food like at all where calorie deficit is extremely easy for me, especially with sugar and also it really helps my constipation. I’m someone who was CHRONICALLY constipated and metformin really helped with that.

Honestly if anyone struggling still with glp1, I highly recommend taking a low dose of metformin with it. I take 500mg extended release once a day.

I dont have diabetes just pcos.
