By the inminent inability of searching and buying games in the PlayStation Store... Will PKG stores stop working and we will have to download the games from internet and copy them from an USB?

This is very disappointing, how they dare to do this? First the goodbye to physical games and now the definitive closure of the PlayStation Store on PS3 and PS Vita. PlayStation is decaying so hard that even people are cancelling their PS Plus subscriptions and selling their games and consoles. By this I bet that every single PS3 owner will jailbroke their consoles.
Now my dad asked for install HEN on his PS3 so I restored his PS3 and installed HEN, webMAN, multiMAN and PKGi PS3 store. I'm proud of myself B)

My uncle found his old PS3 Super Slim and asked me for clean it and install HEN, so I did a deep clean up and installed everything for HEN, the webMAN, the PKGi PS3 store, multiMAN and the custom firmware. He installed and played some games and runned perfectly, his PS3 was officially out of it retirement after years of being kept for years in a box.
I think these goated games really deserved their places in Greatest Hits catalogue, if you have any recommendations I will read it!

Today I turned on my PS3 and inserted the Call of Duty World at War disc for install the game update, but in the process the console turned off with blinking red light (happened while playing medal of honor before this time) so I have two questions:
Is there some way for fix it?
Is the game update file corrupted?
I have to say that the console suffered red light in the past, it's almost 17 years old Clue: I didn't hear the fan run
