I've just picked up a 6 months old LiberNovo Omni Dynamic for £350 from FB market place and i was looking for some help removing an unfortunate smell that seems to have penetrated the fabric.

The gentleman i bought it from was leaving the UK to fly back to his home country of India hence why i managed to pick this up at such a good price.

When i went to see the chair i did notice the strong cooking smell in the apartment and was naively hoping the smell hadn't soaked in to the chair.

Alas, it has.. and now my entire house smells like a warm jalfrezi.

I've read on LibreNovos site about not soaking the fabric due to the electronics and i fear Febreze simply wont be up to the task.

Any ideas about how i can remove the smell im all ears!

As the title suggests, I’m looking for some advice or tips as a new user. I received my Saturn 4 Ultra 16K last month and have only just got around to taking it out of the box.

For context, I’m a complete novice when it comes to 3D printing. I’m mainly planning to print disposable moulds for a desktop injection-moulding machine, along with potentially a few small prototypes.

I’ve looked into the different types of resin I might need, but other than that, I’m feeling a little lost. I’ve also read a few horror stories about resin printing, so I thought I’d ask for any tips or advice that might help me get started safely and avoid the usual beginner mistakes.

Links to any recommended YouTube channels or other useful resources would also be appreciated!

First of all, love the idea of this platform, its exactly the type of thing I've been looking for. I'm hoping someone can tell me if its possible to add a preference to my profile so my recommendations are a little more dialled in?

I've rated around 100 films but my recommendation list is insistent on offering me films from the 1950's, or worse yet... French.

Can i filter things out? If not is this an option down the line? I'm not even sure if this platform gets regular updates from the devs, like i said im a new user so apologies if this comes across as ignorant.

I’m completely new to resin printing and I’m looking at buying my first machine. At the moment I’m leaning towards the Elgoo Saturn 4 Ultra 16k.

I’ll mainly be using it for small product prototypes, so I care more about clean detail, reliability, ease of use, and repeatable results than absolute speed. I don’t mind spending a little more if there’s a better option that people would recommend.

For anyone who owns the Saturn 4 Ultra 16K, would you buy it again? Are there any issues I should know about before jumping in?

Also, if you think there’s a better printer in the same sort of category, or slightly above it, I’d really appreciate the recommendation.

Hi all,

Posting this as a warning to anyone looking at using Virtual HQ / Virtual Headquarters Ltd for a UK virtual office / registered office address.

I paid for their Peterborough virtual office service because I needed a registered office address to register a new limited company. Nearly five days after payment, the service had still not been activated and I still had not received a usable registered office address.

I chased by both phone and email. I was repeatedly told someone would get back to me, but nobody did.

After the delay, I emailed asking to cancel and receive a refund. Instead of receiving cancellation confirmation, I continued receiving onboarding / ID verification emails asking me to submit documents.

I then called again to ask what was happening and to get written confirmation of cancellation. I was told again that someone would call me back. Nobody called back. I called again later and got the same response.

At the time of writing:

• I have paid for the service.
• The service has not been activated.
• I have not received a usable registered office address.
• I have requested cancellation in writing.
• I have not received clear cancellation confirmation.
• I have not received refund confirmation.
• They are still asking for ID verification despite my cancellation request.

I’m not saying this is a scam or making any claim about anyone else’s experience. I’m only sharing what happened to me.

But if you need a virtual office address quickly for Companies House registration, I would be very cautious. In my experience, the onboarding was slow, communication was poor, and cancelling has been much harder than it should be.

Has anyone else had experience with Virtual HQ / Virtual Headquarters Ltd, especially around cancellation or refunds?
