I’m completely new to resin printing and I’m looking at buying my first machine. At the moment I’m leaning towards the Elgoo Saturn 4 Ultra 16k.

I’ll mainly be using it for small product prototypes, so I care more about clean detail, reliability, ease of use, and repeatable results than absolute speed. I don’t mind spending a little more if there’s a better option that people would recommend.

For anyone who owns the Saturn 4 Ultra 16K, would you buy it again? Are there any issues I should know about before jumping in?

Also, if you think there’s a better printer in the same sort of category, or slightly above it, I’d really appreciate the recommendation.

Posting this as a warning to anyone looking at using Virtual HQ / Virtual Headquarters Ltd for a UK virtual office / registered office address.

I paid for their Peterborough virtual office service because I needed a registered office address to register a new limited company. Nearly five days after payment, the service had still not been activated and I still had not received a usable registered office address.

I chased by both phone and email. I was repeatedly told someone would get back to me, but nobody did.

After the delay, I emailed asking to cancel and receive a refund. Instead of receiving cancellation confirmation, I continued receiving onboarding / ID verification emails asking me to submit documents.

I then called again to ask what was happening and to get written confirmation of cancellation. I was told again that someone would call me back. Nobody called back. I called again later and got the same response.

At the time of writing:

• I have paid for the service.
• The service has not been activated.
• I have not received a usable registered office address.
• I have requested cancellation in writing.
• I have not received clear cancellation confirmation.
• I have not received refund confirmation.
• They are still asking for ID verification despite my cancellation request.

I’m not saying this is a scam or making any claim about anyone else’s experience. I’m only sharing what happened to me.

But if you need a virtual office address quickly for Companies House registration, I would be very cautious. In my experience, the onboarding was slow, communication was poor, and cancelling has been much harder than it should be.

Has anyone else had experience with Virtual HQ / Virtual Headquarters Ltd, especially around cancellation or refunds?
