5-year-old flat in Aparna Sarovar Zenith has been struggling to find a tenant for over a month.

With so many new apartments coming up around Nallagandla and tellapur. are older flats like these slowly losing demand? Are we heading towards a “doomsday” for older apartments when it comes to rentals?

What are other owners experiencing?

PS: I'm only the tenant. I would get my full deposit back if this flats gets occupied 😂

Last weekend i went to check for My home akrida and sayuk. The marketing team is saying "all flats sold out except last 2 floors and you will loose this also if you don't book now". While news channels are saying market is down, these people are saying everything sold out. Is this really true or just marketing tactics?

I got offer letter without a call from HR. It's been 3 days since it's generated in portal, but no one called. Is it legit or should I only mail to the HR person for discussion?

Also documents team asked to upload the documents saying link will expire. Did something like this happened to anyone?

Accenture offered me packaged app development associate manager(Level-8). Does this really involve team lead activities or I will be a specialist developer? I'm afraid as i don't have experience in lead activities. Anyone knows what would be the client interviews level for this position?
