Plotted my friend group. What can you infer about us?

I sent the test in the group text and had everyone post their results. I made sure everyone took the test when they were at work so nobody took it together.

This is my 7 person friend group that hangs out at least once a week during a regular week. Some of the group members will also hang out without the full group randomly on other days. This group contains 3 couples and one single person. The group consists of 4 men and 3 women.

I would love to hear what you can infer about different members, if you can guess the couples, etc. I will answer each question with absolute honesty.

Lineup Update After Transfer Window + Likely Offseason Moves

This is what I assume Noonan will be running out going forward. Of course you'll still have rotation in the midfield with Dado and Gidi, as well as Ender coming in for Doudera or Ramirez. Hopefully Malatini can give the defense that added boost that it certainly needs heading towards the playoffs. I honestly think securing Doudera is huge. The guy is valued on transfermarkt at 3.5m and we got him for I believe I saw 500k (may be wrong). I mean this is a guy who was playing for the best team in Czech and even played in the world cup. Should be an awesome addition to the team. I personally would play Robinson in the middle and give Andrea more gametime at LCB but Noonan likely won't.

Tbh, I think the new additions are what the team needed. It's clear Pat wanted a reliable starter at RWB so that Bucha can move back to the middle and hopefully Malatini impresses on his loan. Certainly he will be an upgrade over Hadebe, Smith, or Gidi in the back. These are the kind of signings you want to see from a team trying to make a playoff push and the biggest thing is we kept our core players unlike some MLS teams.

Offseason

Looking forward to the offseason, of the expiring contracts in 2026, here is what I think likely happens:

Miazga - not resigned

Hadebe - not resigned

Anunga - not resigned

Dado - execute club option

Bucha - execute club option

Powell/Smith - I could see one of them executing club option and the other not being resigned

Barlow - resigned, he's earned it imo

Louro - resigned

Schaefer/Lajhar - honestly don't know much about either but I assume both will be resigned since they are young and on cheap contracts.

On the selling front I could see:

Denkey - been heavily linked; glad we kept him for the remainder of the season but could see him getting a European move to a club in need of an immediate midseason charge

Mboma Dem - was linked to Parma (where his dad used to play). Would be a great return for us from a 2nd round draft pick

Ender - I really love him as a player but it doesn't seem Noonan has the same affection. I could see him being shopped but I hope he's given another year.

On bringing players in:

DP ST - of course would need to replace Denkey. It will be interesting what Chris does in regards to the spring season if that impacts the type of DP he brings in

Other ST - I could see either Barlow/Jabbari leading the line with the DP or we use our last U-22 spot (with Flores still on loan) to bring in a young ST to start.

CB - With Miazga leaving it would be good to get a reliable starter to play alongside Robinson.

Other depth - CB (formerly Hadebe), CM (formerly Anunga), RWB (formerly Ender if sold)

Of course it's quite early to look at the offseason but would love to hear if anyone thinks I'm off base with my assumptions.

Class-Based FPS but the Classes are Different Animals

I've always enjoyed the class based FPS games such as The Finals or Team Fortress, however they are always based around humans. My idea isn't industry changing, but I would love to see a class based shooter based on animals - specifically ones found around a suburb/city/farm.

Classes

Each type of animal is a different class which has it's own HP, speed, passive ability, UT, size, etc. A few examples would be:

Dog (baseline character)

  • HP: 125
  • Speed: 7.5m/s
  • Hitbox: Medium
  • Passive Ability: Scent Tracking: Can see fading trail from damaged or moving enemies
  • Ultimate Ability: Sick Em!: For 10 seconds your movement speed is increased, melee damage is increased, faster weapon swap/reload speed, and scent tracking is much stronger. Dog barks when ULT is activated. Great ULT for being an aggressive slayer.

Cat

  • HP: 100
  • Speed: 8.5m/s
  • Hitbox: Smaller
  • Passive Ability: Soft Paws: Reduced fall damage and silent footsteps
  • Ultimate Ability: Nine Lives: for a short duration, if lethal damage is taken the player will be teleported a short distance, surviving the encounter, and come back with reduced health. Great ULT for getting a second chance after a risky encounter.

Goat

  • HP: 150
  • Speed: 6.5m/s
  • Hitbox: Medium
  • Passive Ability: Sure-Footed: Reduces movement penalty while taking damage, reduced knockback, reduced flinch when ADS
  • Ultimate Ability: RAMMMM!: For 5 seconds the goat lowers it's head for a charged ram. Increased movement speed, lethal melee damage, reduced incoming damage. The goat yells "BaaaaaaaaAAAAAA" when ULT is activated. Great ULT for removing multiple enemies from an objective.

Skunk

  • HP: 100
  • Speed: 8m/s
  • Hitbox: Small
  • Passive Ability: Marked: Nearby enemies are briefly "marked" giving a heads up to the player.
  • Ultimate Ability: Stink Bomb: Skunk releases a cloud of lethal gas that significantly damages enemies in the gas, marks enemies that have recently been in the gas, and reduces visibility in the area. Great ULT for taking an objective.

Cow

  • HP: 225
  • Speed: 5m/s
  • Hitbox: Large
  • Passive Ability: Herd Mentality: Gain damage resistance when nearby teammates, encourages being the center of the team on objectives.
  • Ultimate Ability: Utter Turret: Cow falls to it's side allowing the utters to be pointed at the enemies for extreme firepower (similar to a turret). Last as long as ammo (milk amount) is there or the player is killed. Great for holding down a captured objective.

Eagle

  • HP: 75
  • Speed: 7.5m/s (ground), 11m/s (flight), can glide from building to building
  • Hitbox: Small
  • Passive Ability: Eagle Eye: Enemies are visible at a longer distance, cats are highlighted when Nine Lives death occurs.
  • Ultimate Ability: Flight: Player flies above the battle ground revealing enemy positions and enemy HP. Ends the flight with a lethal diving attack (must make direct contact to kill).

These are just six animals but of course many more could be added such as raccoons (scavenger class), possums (playing dead mechanic), beaver (barrier building), etc. Additionally, each class has cosmetics where you can change to different breeds of that animal as well as clothing options that can be used across any class.

  • Maps would be areas you would see in these animals generally in. Suburban neighborhood, strip mall, farm, downtown, parks, etc.

Game Modes

Of course modes like Team Deathmatch will exist, but as it's a class based FPS, objective modes are king. They will be built around the animal idea still such as:

Fetch

  • Tennis ball in the middle of the map. Use teamwork to take the ball and return it to your team's doghouse. You can throw the ball to teammates as well. First to 5 points wins. This is a single CTF type game mode for reference.

Hoard

  • Acorns are scattered around the map. Pick them up and return them to your teams tree. Team with the most acorns at the end of the game wins. However, if you are killed your acorns fall and can be taken by enemies. Also killing an enemy will drop an acorn (even if they didn't have one). Enemies can also steal acorns from your teams tree (and vice versa).

Migration

  • A flock of birds are attempting to migrate across the map. They only move forward when the attacking team is near them. The more players the faster they move. Defending team can push the flock back. Get the flock to the other side of the map before the time runs out!

King of the Ant Hill

Just a normal king of the hill type game mode but the hill is an ant hill. Hill will move every minute. Team with the most time on the hill wins.

Just a few ideas of game modes that would fit the theme.

Weapons/Equipment

Weapons are standard from other games and can be used across any class. Assault rifles, smgs, snipers, shotguns, etc. your cow could use a sniper just as easily as your eagle uses a shotgun. Doesn't matter. Weapon cosmetics would be animal themed (muddy gun like a pig, trash gun like a raccoon, etc.)

Equipment would also be used across all classes and will be animal themed. Ideas such as:

  • Stink Grenade: Similar to a gas grenade, causes damage, visual impairment
  • Bee Bomb: Can be thrown and bees attack all enemies in that radius causing damage
  • Porcupine Needle: Similar to a throwing knife but it's a porcupines needle
  • Cat Nip: Gives a temporary speed boost and climbing ability
  • Turtle Shell: Similar to a Riot Shield, blocks incoming damage until it breaks
  • Rabbit Pad: Jump pad that can be used by any player for a short duration to get up high
  • Frog Tongue: Grabbling device to attach to nearby buildings, players, etc. has a cooldown

Just a few ideas, many more items could be added to fit the theme.

Thoughts? Again, obviously not going to shock the industry with this one but I think it fits the class based FPS genre but with a goofy animal appeal to it. Any ideas you have that could make this more unique? Only other ideas I thought of that I didn't have would be to have powerups and power weapons around the map (similar to Halo).

2026 Draft Day Sheet - STD, PPR, 1/2 PPR (mobile friendly)

This is something I use for myself every season to make in person drafting really easy without having to lug around a computer or use paper (save the Earth and all). I'm not reinventing the wheel here - this data is taken straight from FantasyPros with a few changes for personal taste:

  1. Added colors to rows depending on the players "tier". FantasyPros just has this numbered.

  2. Increased the text size - my eyes are getting old

  3. Added a checkbox in column J. If you check the box, it strikethroughs the player making it easy to see they have been drafted.

  4. Filtering for all columns making it easy to sort by easy schedules, high upside, etc.

This is also really easy to use on mobile if you download the Google Sheets app.

This is primarily for myself but wanted to extend the offer to other community members. FYI, don't request access, just make a copy for yourself. I won't be approving your request.

Happy drafting!

What would you like to see in a career mode tracker?

Some of you may have seen or used my MLS Career Mode Tracker but for EA FC 27 I want to take my generic league career mode tracker (I use it personally but haven't released it publicly) and do a big overhaul for everyone to use that looks for a tracker. I'm going to use my MLS tracker as a template, remove all of the MLS specific code, pages, etc. (salary table, cap hit, roster regulations, etc.) but I want to also keep a lot of things I've created (Event generator, season transfer tool, etc.).

I also would like opinions from players who have used or would like to use a tracker, what things do you want to see in a tracker that would make you use it? All ideas are welcomed and as many as you would like.

Jaylen Bennett - Season III+IV: Evolution (Story Driven Player Career)

Season I: The Beginning

Season II: Ascension

===============================================================

After two successful seasons at the San Jose Earthquakes, Bennett got himself a move to FC Midtjylland - a team known for developing young prospects for the bigger clubs of Europe. For a player like Jaylen, this was the perfect move. In the past Midtjylland have developed similar styled strikers as Bennett such as Franculino, Paul Onhachu, and Alex Sorloth.

Bennett made his move during the winter transfer window and when he arrived at Midtyjlland they were top of the table. Grounded by a strong defense, they were seeing a surprise season by veteran striker Mikael Uhre who was having a career year. Honestly, the perfect situation for Bennett to arrive in. He could learn next to a veteran while understanding it will be his role in the future. New to Bennett is that Midtyjlland also played a two striker formation which would allow him to hopefully break into the team sooner.

Bennett quickly broke into the starting XI after several good performances, but his breakout game came against FC Porto in the Europa league knockouts. After coming on in the 64' min with his team down 1-0, he managed to score a brace including a last minute header to win it. It was all up from there.

Despite losing in the Europa League just a round later, the season was a success as Midtjylland secured their first ever domestic double as Bennett made 24 total appearances bagging 11 goals and assisting 5 more. An excellent start to life in Denmark, but this is only the beginning.

After winning the Superliga, Midtjylland had to fight through the Champions League qualification stage to earn a spot in the group stage. Their first opponent was BK Hacken of Sweden. In his Champions League debut, Bennett set the world on fire by securing a perfect hattrick in a 3-1 win which help vault Midtjylland to the group stage.

Word was spreading throughout Europe about Bennett as he helped Midtjylland achieve an incredible feat of making it to the Champions League knockout phase after knocking Chelsea out of the competition on the final group stage day. However, things took a turn for the worst.

Midtjylland hit a bad run of form and while Bennett was still scoring, the results weren't going their way. In just two months, Midtjylland had been eliminated from the Champions League, eliminated from the domestic cup, and had fallen out of first place in the league.

Tensions came to boil after a disappointing 0-0 result to Brondby that saw manager Mike Tullberg and Bennett having a fierce argument that required teammates to break up. This resulted in Tullberg surprisingly benching top scorer Bennett before a matchup against first place F.C. København. Midtjylland lost this game 2-0 and finished the season in 3rd place.

Bennett finally hit a breaking point as the club board decided to offer Tullberg an extension after a disappointing season. He decided to formally hand in his request for a transfer.

After a great personal season which saw him score 38 goals and assist 8 more for club and country, Bennett knew clubs would be chasing his signature - but which club would be lucky enough to get it?

Jaylen Bennett - Season II: Ascension (Story Driven Player Career)

Season I: The Beginning

===============================================================

After an excellent first season for Bennett that saw him win Rookie of the Year honors and cement himself as part of the team, it was only up from there. With the departure of Arango, San Jose felt that Bennett was to be entrusted with the starting striker role and was given the #9 before the start of the season.

Bennett had an up and down start to the season, scoring here and there but not consistently. He then had a rough run of form where he failed to score or assist in 5 straight matches and with San Jose failing to pick up many points in those matches, decided to bench Bennett. That benching must have lit a fire in Bennett because in the next game, coming on in the 62' min to a 0-0 game, he flipped the game on it's head by scoring three goals in less than 28' mins to capture the win for his team and his first career hattrick.

Unfortunately, the good run of form was short lived as Bennett picked up an injury a few games later sidelining him for a month.

When the summer transfer window opened, San Jose had a designated player spot to fill so they decided to complete their attack by signing the pacey winger, Daniel James. Now with an attack of Timo Werner, Daniel James, Pascal Groß, and Jaylen Bennett San Jose were primed for a playoff run.

But first, the team had their eyes set on securing the U.S. Open Cup. Bennett had a quiet game and the manager considered subbing him off but held his confidence in the young striker with paid off. New signing James wiped in a cross late in extra time which found Bennett's head to win it for San Jose 2-1 to bring home the U.S. Open Cup.

Seeing his great run of form, USMNT manager Mauricio Pochettino gave Bennett his team call-up and his first two appearances.

Back with San Jose, Bennett helped lead his team to the finals with five goal contributions in five games, but unfortunately it wasn't enough as he was unable to find the back of the net in the final and San Jose came up short 2-1 losing to FC Cincinnati in the final.

Overall, a successful season for Bennett where he made 40 appearances and had 20 goals along with 7 assists. So good, in fact, Bennett had attention from multiple European teams and after meeting with several of them, decided it was a good time to move on from the team that gave him a chance when no one else did just two years prior.

The Story of Jaylen Bennett (Story Driven Player Career)

Some of you may remember my Cho Young-Jae story driven career mode from last year. If so, welcome back and welcome to the story of Jaylen Bennett.

========================================================================

This is the story of Jaylen Bennett - once destined to be an NBA sure thing, an accident changed his life forever. With his basketball career in ruins, Bennett turned to a sport he played when he was younger, and while extremely raw, one community college gave him the chance...and he took it.

After impressing in the NAIA, the University of Akron gave him a scholarship and by the end of his college career, Bennett thought his soccer career was over...until, in the last round of the 2025 MLS SuperDraft, he got a call. Bennett had been selected late in the 3rd round to the San Jose Earthquakes.

With a late draft selection, it was likely Bennett would immediately go to the USL, but after impressing in preseason, star striker Cristian Arango being loaned back to Columbia due to personal reasons, and injuries to depth, Bennett found himself on the bench to start the season.

Bennett would get his first career start against the LA Galaxy in the U.S. Open Cup where unfortunately San Jose would lose but Bennett impressed. Half way thru the season, Bennett had taken the starting job from Preston Judd after scoring 7 goals thru a possible 17 games.

By the end of the season Bennett had played in a total of 31 games scoring 15 goals and assisting another 5. An incredible season by any rookie - an unheard of season by a late 3rd round rookie. In the final press conference to close out the season, Bruce Arena was asked about Bennett: "We found a real gem in Bennett. If he continues to improve, he'll find his way to Europe, I'm sure of that."

The guy who watches soccer once every 4 years explaining why US Soccer sucks because all the good athletes choose football. Meanwhile, his GOAT looks like this:

Turns out, having a team of Adamo Traore's won't win you a world cup.

Edit: The NFL is awesome yall, just having a bit of banter for anyone taking this too serious lol

CF Las Vegas Realistic CM - Season 2 - The Push for the Cup

This is my realism take with an ongoing situation in the MLS. Currently, the Vancouver Whitecaps are unable to secure a new stadium deal and it's looking more and more likely they will be selling the franchise to new owners. It's been highly rumored that if this happens the club will likely be relocated to Las Vegas. #SaveTheCaps

This is my take on a Las Vegas team.

I designed the clubs identity from the ground up and have created a mod to import the clubs badge, kits, etc. into the game to completely replace Vancouver with Las Vegas.

==============================================================

Off the backs of a successful first season with the club, Vegas has seen their top scorer make a move to the Serie A and have decided to bring back Daryl Dike from Europe to reignite his career. With the three designated players set, Vegas brings in a new U-22 initiative player in Tobias Andrada as a spot could be filled with Bruno Caicedo going out on loan.

The season had a rough start as Las Vegas was unable to buy down the contracts of Tristan Blackmon and Mathias Laborda resulting in a transfer ban for the summer window. However, on the field the team was firing on all cylinders and quickly climbed back to the top with LAFC.

At the summer window, Laborda was sold which enabled Vegas to get back within cap compliance and with loans still allowed during a transfer ban, Vegas brought in American prospect Joshua Wynder from Benfica to shore up the backline. Vegas continued to play well but were unfortunately unable to take first place and once again finished in 2nd.

Going into the MLS Playoffs, Vegas saw a rematch with last season's cup champions, San Jose Earthquakes. This time, Vegas came out on top on their way to the MLS Cup final where they faced a Philadelphia Union side in a thrilling contest that ended in a 4-3 defeat in extra time.

==============================================================

I use my MLS Career Mode Tracker to track every aspect of the team - transfers, stats, financials, youth academy, etc. Additionally, I have built in tools that assist with adding additional realism to the game (such as my custom event generator that generators events pre game, monthly, and pre transfer window that negatively or positively impact the team).

I only play about 5% of the teams games throughout the season and they are always played on Legendary with gameplay mods to make it more realistic. Every other game is simmed via Tactical View using the KIARIKA Tactical View Gameplay mod (highly recommended). I also use the KIARIKA Career Mode Overhaul which adds significant realism to the game in terms of player wages, values, transfers, etc.

Looking Forward, if Poch decides to walk, who do you think is the most likely replacement?

Cherundolo? Matarazzo? Callaghan? Someone else?

The club has hired former Argentine player Hernan Crespo to take charge of the teams first season. Hernan wants to build a Spanish/Portuguese speaking base which helps with the cities identity as a Latino settled city. For his first two designated players, he brings in Spanish speaking American, Alex Zendejas who will be a vital player for the teams future. Additionally, his splash signing is that of Neymar Jr - who won't be around for very long but hopes to make an immediate impact and bring his personal brand to the American public.

The season started off well for Las Vegas as reliable striker Brian White continues his great MLS form, however it took 9 games before Neymar found the back of the net. The biggest issue early on was conceding goals as the goalkeeper was just not good enough. Crespo decided to sign his third designated player by bring in Paulo Gazzaniga in-between the sticks which paid immediate dividends as he kept 3 clean sheets to start his life in the MLS.

Las Vegas finished 2nd in the MLS but lost in the first round of the playoffs to 7th seed San Jose Earthquakes - the Earthquakes went on to win the entire MLS Cup, knocking off regular season champions LAFC in the semi final and beating Inter Miami in the final.

==============================================================

Ultimate MLS Career Mode Tracker (The ONLY Way to Play an MLS Career Mode)

Thank you to everyone who has used the Ultimate MLS Career Mode Tracker for EA FC 25 & 26. It's with your help I have been able to finally release the V2 which will serve to be the BIGGEST update in two years!

What is the MLS Career Mode Tracker and why would I use it?

The MLS is one of the most unique football leagues in the world with rules you don't see anywhere else. The MLS leans into it's American heritage by having ridiculous salary and roster rules to ensure balance throughout the league (I personally love it but I'm a sicko). Unfortunately, EA are absolutely piss poor at having any type of depth so the MLS career mode in EA FC games are utterly lackluster. This is where the tracker shines.

Not only does the tracker track your teams throughout the seasons, it also ensures your team is within the salary cap and roster rules of the MLS, making an MLS career mode genuinely a challenge. Now you will have to get creative with how you structure your team because if you get carried away, you will be met with swift penalties. On top of that, this tracker is full of features including an MLS SuperDraft, Event Generator system, and much more!

If you want to learn more about what the tracker has to offer, keep reading. If you don't care and just want to use it, click here. Do NOT request permission to edit, you will be denied. Instead, go to File then press Make a Copy.

Home

This is your starting point. Every rectangle you see is linked to the corresponding sheet which allows for quick access between sheets. Each sheet also has a return arrow in the top left corner that returns you to the home sheet allowing for quick transitions all built into the workbook.

General Information Sheets

These sheets include the "How to Use", "MLS Rules", "MLS Glossary", "FAQ", "Tips", and "Salary Tables" pages - all of these are very useful for learning about the MLS and how to navigate the rules as well as any questions you may have on navigating the workbook. They are important but not too fun to look at for this purpose but I wanted to speak on them here.

  • How to Use: Helps with navigating the workbook itself
  • MLS Rules: Explains MLS Rules in an easy to understand way and how they are implemented into the workbook
  • MLS Glossary: Defines MLS specific terms (wtf is a TAM?? who is GAM??)
  • FAQ: Just some FAQ questions I answered that I've gotten on the workbook.
  • Tips: Personal tips of mine to help with the workbook as well as maintaining a realistic career mode.
  • Salary Tables: This is where the financial information for all the season are held. Look, but don't touch...

Career Overview (Press image to see it better)

This sheet is a 100% automated sheet that gathers information across all of your Seasons sheets (2025-2039) to provide a summary of your managerial career in the MLS. This sheet tracks your seasonal overview, all time appearance leaders, goal contributions leaders, top transfers IN and OUT, top promoted youth prospects, trophy cabinet, and finally two graphs to show your seasonal competition finishes and goal difference. This picture is from my FC Cincinnati career mode 5 1/2 seasons in.

Youth Academy

This sheet keeps track of all of your youth prospects - from when they are in the academy still to on your senior team and even beyond. It also helps track if you are following one of the MLS rules for youth academy promotions.

Seasons: Seasons sheets as referenced in this post and the workbook are the sheets named from 2025 to 2039. These are your seasonal sheets used for the season you are on in game. Any header that starts with "Seasons" just know all of the information is on the same sheet.

Seasons - Left Side Panel

This will look different in the actual workbook as these are in a single file line on the left side of each Seasons sheet. Here you select your team (top left), view your teams cap compliance for the season (bottom left), roster compliance for the season (top middle), international spots bought/sold (center middle), the salary table for that season (bottom middle), roster makeup for that season (top right), and the seasonal overview (bottom right).

Seasons - Player Information + Statistics

This is found in the top middle of the seasons sheets. Here you will populate your players and their information. This information is used to feed the career overview sheet so be sure to update it!

Seasons - Player Cap Compliance

This is found directly to the right of the player information and statistics from above. This is where you will input your player contract details, international spot status, etc. It looks very overwhelming at first, I will admit, but once you start using it you will see how majority of it is straight forward and most of the challenge comes from balancing your acquisition costs and appropriately applying GAM and TAM. There are a lot of formulas and data validations built into this area so be careful making changes. If you see a prompt that warns you to not edit a cell, it's because it's protected to keep users from accidentally changing formulas. Be cautious of this.

Seasons - Transfers IN and OUT

Here you will track your transfers both in and out of the club. Some of this information is optional, but information such as \"Net Sell-On Costs\" directly feeds your available GAM so it's recommended to enter it. This section also feeds the career overview sheet for your top transfers.

Seasons - End of Season Starting XI

A nice QoL change I made for this year is including this optional way of tracking your end of season starting XIs. This is completely optional but if you wish to do it, instructions on how I do it is on the How to Use sheet. There are many ways to do this, but the steps on that page are my preferred method that is customizable and looks good imo.

Tools: There are three custom tools I have created for the workbook that are optional but assists the user. These can be found in the sheets navigation bar located under "User Actions". For this update 4 NEW tools have been added!

Tools - Add & Remove Player

These are two separate user tools which give the user the ability to quickly add a player (and all of their information) into a sheet or quickly remove a player (and all of their information) from a sheet. You can do this manually, but using these tools ensures you entered or remove all of the information without messing up.

**NEW** Tools - Transfer Roster & Process International Roster Status

These are two separate tools. Transfer Roster (left) allows you to easily transfer your current roster to the next season with the click of a button. It will also automatically update player ages, contract lengths, and more getting you instantly ready for the new season without much admin work. Process International Roster Status (right) is a new RNG feature I added which gives chance to a players ability to get a green card. The longer a player is with your team, the better chance they have to get it and be removed from an international spot!

**NEW** Tool - MLS SuperDraft Generator & GAM Calculator

These are two separate tools. MLS SuperDraft Generator (on the left) is a new tool that auto generates a random draft class of players every season which gives a ton of variability. Each player is randomly generated with a name, nationality, college, age, position, overall, and potential. Players at the top are generally weighted better but there is still a randomness aspect to it just like real life! The GAM Calculator (on the right) uses real life GAM transfers formula to instantly give you the cost to buy or sell a player in an intraleague transfer.

**NEW** Tool - Event Generator

My favorite new tool I've added. I've expanded significantly on EA's event system by creating my own. There are three types of events (Pre Game, Monthly, and Pre Transfer Window). Pre Game are small events that are generated before every game. Monthly events are more major and are generated once a month. Pre Transfer events are generated before every transfer window. There are even *RARE* events that will pop up that can significantly change how your career mode is going...good or bad! The best part is, the event generation sheet is available in the workbook so if you don't like an event or want to add your own, you can!

Additionally there are two sheets I didn't include which is the Changelog and Backend. The change log just tracks changes as I update the workbook for newer versions and the Backend is the mastermind behind a lot formulas, data validation, etc. Best to just not ever touch that sheet lol

Like I said earlier, this is the biggest update I've put out with the tracker in two years. Rumor has it that Liga MX will be returning in EA FC 27 and if that's the case, the CONFACAF Champions League as well. If this happens, have no doubt this tracker will continue to be expanded upon for next year as well to incorporate the new competitions!

I hope you all enjoy this workbook and if you have any questions, suggestions, etc. please feel free to ask in the comments or reach out via DM. I'm always happy to help!

FC Köln Realistic Career Mode - Season 4

Links to previous seasons:

Welcome to my attempt at an ultra realistic FC Köln career mode! Here are some very key points I do for my career mode saves to ensure the best realism possible:

  1. Mods/Editors
    • KIARIKA Career Mode Overhaul: Significantly improves career mode in all aspects (player development/regression, transfer realism, player values, ballon o'dor realism, coaches, etc.)
    • KIARIKA Gameplay Overhaul (Tactical View): This significantly improves the realism of gameplay when watching in tactical view.
    • Live Editor: I use this when I want to fix any realism issues that the mod overhaul couldn't catch. I also use this to transfer my unwanted youth players to teams (on a free) so the youth players stay in the game even though I don't want them anymore. Allows me to track their development still.
  2. Consulting multiple sources for all transfers
    • All transfers (in and out) are consulted with a multitude of different sources to get a feel for the realism of it. In general, most transfers will seem very realistic or at a minimum, fairly probable.
  3. Simming only
    • It's too easy to cheese gameplay so to keep the rebuild realistic, I only sim. 90% of games are simmed in the modded tactical view which is a gamechanger. Only 10% are simmed with quick sim.

Thank you to those who have followed along and enjoyed this career mode! It is a sad ending to Cherundolo's time at Koln but this isn't the last we've seen of him. Where will he end up after the USMNT at the 2030 World Cup?
