I can't make myself get up in the morning.

Hello, i have been waiting a month and a half for the local institution to assign me my psych appointment. This is ruining my life

A year-two ago, i have been able to wake up even if I didn't sleep 8-10 hours. Sometimes you have to get a project done and that's how things work. I prefer doing things later in the day because that's when im home alone.

I have used alarmy, with various or multiple tasks like scanning a qr code in the furthest room away from mine, shaking my phone, doing math. Nothing gets me to wake up. I think im in a state of sleep inertia when that happens and I don't know how to explain it but at that moment, it feels like I don't have thoughts. Like im a doll someone is moving just so i can turn off my alarm. Besides alarmy, i have a physical alarm clock, and a basic alarm on my phone. While in sleep inertia, i am able to turn off the second alarm in alarmy by typing a long sentence, then turn off all of my upcoming alarms. I don't know why i do that.

I wanted to mention that i have also had situations where i fall asleep in the train, again not a thing i want to do. I have ended up missing my station twice. It's uncontrollable like i unironically have to hold my eyes open with my hands or stand the whole 2 hours so I don't fall asleep, even if in doing something like drawing or doing a crossword. I am not like this in other situations.

I take zoloft 50mg, but as far as i noticed it doesn't have any connections to my problem. It's a big problem for me and nobody gets the fact that i DON'T want to go back to sleep. Everyone including my mom calls me lazy and scolds me that i need to be "more responsible" it's exhausting.

Tips to finding genuine E6000 in the balkans?

Hello, i am from Serbia, i love crafting literally anything that comes to my mind and i have been looking into rhinestoning. I have bought a bison textile glue, but I've been wondering where can i find genuine e6000?

These were all i could find but i have seen them at chinese shops too, for a "normal" price which an e6000 would normally be

I can't order from the US since it would be too expensive, are there any checked places in Spain or Germany, since i know someone who could get that for me?

Sudsko pismo?

Cao, stiglo mi je sudsko pismo, ne vozim, nisam uradila ista ilegalno bar da znam, niti sam ikad imala ikakav obracun sa policijom.

Sta ovo moze biti? Da nije poziv za neki biracki spisak?

Hi, im not asking for a diagnosis. I have had a set of symptoms, that i recently realized weren't normal. I had no idea other people didn't feel like this.

•not always, but blood pooling in hands and feet. Sometimes i also have cold hands or feet

•standing, feels like torture, i don't feel sudden fainting feeling but it's so so uncomfortable to the point it overstimulates me and i have to swing from foot to foot

•often, when i get up, i need a few seconds so I don't faint

•i don't tolerate heat easily

•lower blood pressure in general, but i do feel symptoms of it

•i feel a lot of fatigue, this is also due to low b12 which i take vitamins for.

•im always tired and always always need to sit

•i don't know if i have heart palpitations, i remember it happened to me once (like heart skipped a beat) but I can't define what's normal and what's not about my heartbeat.

•i haven't had recent fainting issues, i did feel like fainting but prevented myself from it

I'm asking this because I want to go to the doctor but first i need to know if these are worrying. How do healthy people feel like standing? How long can they stand for before feeling uncomfortable?
