Feeling let down as black person in queer spaces
I recently just had an interaction that's kind of just left me feeling so pissed off.
In this queer gaming community there was a post about a gay streamer who is currently enduring homophobic harrasment because of some drama they have with another streamer. Important context is that 6+ months ago the gay streamer had lipsynced the n-word in a video and has had very questionable content in the past/recently (defended Kiss of Life live, constant uses AAVE horribley in every piece of content he does, and made jokes about Ice despite being canadian).
One of the comments on the post, from one of the mods (who I know is not black), was expressing support but also reduced the context I listed above as a "tiktok moment". So I commented saying hey let's not reduce what this guy did into sounding smaller than it was, to which the mod says we need to let people apologize and move on (mind you the streamer is still talking in full AAVE), and some "who will be left if we keep cancelling people when everyone has skeleton's in their closet" BS
I was truly stunned and decided to waste my time and go back and forth with the mod where I just got hit by every talking point queer black people are met with when we call out racism/anti-blackness:
" it's not racism, but ignorance!!!"
"many cultures around the world don't know everything!!!" (Mind you the creator is from Canada so...)
"None of us are born completely woke!!!"
"we need to educate, not isolate!!!"
"It's just a difference of opinion~"
It just reminded me of so many experiences I have had in my life as a black queer person in queer spaces where I've witnessed racism and anti-blackness, only to watch my non-black queer people just not even aknowledged it had even happend.

I definetly could have lowered the cycle count if I had eagle set on Boothil and had not lost for e2 fugue ages ago. First wave mob and phase 1 Himeko is smooth with Himeko only getting 1 attack off, second phase is where shit really gets uncomfortable.
With current relics I cannot break Himeko before she summons the hammer mobs (possibly if I saved welt ult to hit the mobs I could have delayed them but after 12 resets a man is too tired to try again), but I think it is possible with a combo of enough speed, eagle on boothill, or e2 Fugue. I'm just glad to have cleared after so much pain.

Fey Wanderer/Undead Warlock progression and build advice
I've come into a campaign as a replacement and we have just hit level 10 with the DM saying that they plan for us to reach 16-20. I've never played in a campaign that high so I wanted some advice for my build and the progression of it.
Currently I am Fey wanderer 8/ Undead Warlock 2 Wis ranger with:

Feats: Treacherous Allure (5.5 content but DM said it was cool)
I've enjoyed the control effects of the build so far and wanted to see if there was anyway to increase my charm capabilities beyond the Fey Reinforcement feature. Any advice would be appreciated!

Am I right to be weirded out by this offer?
I finished with an interview a couple hours ago and am just feeling... strange about the whole thing. I have been rapid firing my resume to a lot of places and this company, The Momentum Group, responded back in a day (Job Lisiting).
The first soft red flag is that despite having my e-mail, exclusively responded to me through text message exclusively. I am newer to the workforce, but that just struck me as odd as that just seems so unprofessional to me.
The second was the interview itself. The person interviewing me did not seem the least bit interested in me as they were constantly checking their phone and even walked out as I was answering one of his questions to talk to someone outside. I just thought maybe I was not a good fit or they had found someone they were looking for so this interview was just to keep the agreement that was made, but then I got a job offer the hour after the interview.
The Job offer was the largest red flag, they wanted me to start next week Monday and this was once again also just through text. There was no official job offer or contract sent to my e-mail or in the text message it was solely, and currently, is this text message as the offer. This set-off a lot of alarm bells for me and my Dad so I am currently just sitting on it.
In addition to the above, I did some of my own research and they have 0 LinkedIn or any other social media presence and I could not find any record of them of them in the Ontario Business Registry (unsure if this second one is anything but just weird). This is strange because 1. They have allegedly been around since 2010 and 2. When they interviewed me had plans for global expansion in the next 2-5 years so it's even more strange I could not find/they don't have any of this information.
I will reiterate that I am new to the job market so maybe someone with more experience could tell me if I'm being overly cautious or not, but I just cannot shake this bad feeling.

Do you think they would release a trial only version of this mode?
I'm someone who loves auto-chess and the fact that your own personal investment can change units in currency war has always been a mixed bag for me. Like it's cool that older invested units that have fallen out of meta can be used and it creates account specfic win cons, but I feel it makes discussing a units strength basically impossible. If you want an example of what I mean, just look at the difference between trial feixiao and E0S1 Feixiao.
It would be nice if there was a mode that just had everyone at trial builds or E0S1 to see who are the gods and frauds of currency war.
