[WTB] Looking to buy a old Gaming laptop (1650 or later ) for my brother for about 20-22k INR

Hello! I am posting here to see if any1 can Help me buy off a 2nd hand gaming laptop for my brother. He accidentally fried his laptop's motherboard, and urgently needs a replacement. Our parents are really unhappy with his carelessness, So they've basically opted out of any financial help(valid tbh).

Anyway so he has savings of about ₹22,000 .

He'll be starting college soon , So the laptop would mostly be used for content watching and gaming with his friends(COD ig), I am sure our parents will eventually give him a laptop by next year , But till then he'll need a replacement.

Location:- Chandigarh

Thanks for reading! :D

Need Help in Fixing the BLACK Screen issue on my Acer aspire 7 (A715-42G).

So My brother has this 2.5 ish yr old Acer aspire (Ryzen 5 5500U + GTX1650 , Dual channel 16gb ddr4 ram) , He shipped the laptop to me after resetting it and the overall transit took about 5 days , so the laptop was not ON for the whole time , rest it was working good before that point.

And now when I try to boot it up the display is just BLANK , no lighting nothing, unresponsive. It also doesn't show Acer logo at the boot

AND I CANT GET INTO BIOS,Since I'm unable to get the screen on

So far things I have tried which didn't work:-

Powering off - 30 sec and powering on

Hard resetting it

I tried reseating the ram and also booting it up with 1 ram only (in turns) , resetting the CMOS coin , I've also tried changing ssds ,

Tried to power it on by removing the battery while together.

Also reseated the Display cable near the hinge area.

Now ACER Laptops are notoriously infamous for such issues , and as a Engineering student I really wanna fix it myself as currently my financials don't allow me to send it to a repair shop.

Key things I noticed.

Backlit keyboard turn on

Fans work ,& run on boot

I get a beep while plugging it in/out

At one point during powering on/off windows narrator turned on but that hasn't happened again (tried multiple times)

What bugs me is IF it's the driver issue, then why can't I boot into the BIOS wth , :(

Please Help me out , Since I can't really send it to a repair shop for like a month.

THINGS I haven't tried yet:-

Connecting hdmi to a monitor, to check (don't have a hdmi cable at the moment)
