I am 39, male and was diagnosed with Psoriatic arthritis few years back. Have been taking immunosuppressants for the same.

Now I am considering taking NMN to slow down aging and for improved energy levels. However I found this mentioned on the supplement website "Individuals with autoimmune conditions, a history of cancer, those on medictions, must consult a healthcare professional before using this or any supplements".

I did some research on effects of NMN for psoriatic arthritis and there is no clear evidence for or against it. Only some studies on rat (which suggested it worsens the joint inflammation in rats).

So I was wondering if any of you have any auto immune condition like arthritis and have been taking NMN? How's your experience been?

So I installed iOS 27 developer beta 1 on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. This was five days back, and the indexing has been going on since the first day of the install.

I tracked the progress by connecting my iPhone to Mac and seeing the percentage of index completion in the console logs. I have noticed that, since the past few days, it is at 94%, even though I have been putting my phone on charge the entire night.

It has been connected to the internet all this time, was on charge and locked for 4 continuous nights, but it still hasn't progressed any further.

I installed the Mac OS 27 Beta few hours ago and I don't see any message in settings to indicate that the new AI indexing is happening or not. On my iPhone it showed the indexing message in settings soon after installing the ios 27 beta.

How can I check whether indexing is happening or not?

I use the Google Calendar app on my iPhone but I'm unable to configure it to display the current date in the icon. The default Apple Calendar app displays today's date inside the app icon which is very convenient. Is there a way I can make the Google Calendar iPhone app also display the current date?

Anyone knows what's the stability of Uthever NMN at high temperatures (55-60 degree celcius). I could find reports of stability at 40 degree celcius which is great but where I live the temperature can reach 45 degree in summers.

Since all online retailers store their products in warehouses which do not have air conditioner, the temperatures inside these warehouses might reach 55 degree celcius, perhaps even more.

I am therefore apprehensive about efficacy of NMN when ordering online in summers.

Suggest few nice cafes in south Delhi which will be great for a first date? I just want to meet over coffee, no meals etc.

Also the place shouldn't have parking issues like GK has!
