Hi everybody,
David with Dave's Handy Service here for my October 1st boost!
Some of our recent projects have been painting a shed, installing shower grab bars, and evicting raccoons. Jobs coming up: installing gutters on that shed, adding a rain barrel diverter, replacing light fixtures and a bathroom fan.

Howdy all journeymen carpenters! Handyman seeks to learn more carpentry skills. Happy to work at a lower rate in order to expand my skill-set.

I've been cleaning the roof and noticed the jagged nature of the shingles, along the valleys, are collecting a lot of pine needles. I'm no expert, but it just doesn't look right to me. Is this a normal looking valley?
Found out recently that my insurance provider supports the current regime. Are there any insurance companies that do not support fascism?

Dave's Handy Service is ready to do that thing!
Whether it's fixing a faucet or mowing the lawn, I'm down for it.
I was taking a break in someone's back yard and saw this.
Can anyone recommend a local paint shop?
Hey everybody, it's Dave from Dave's Handy Service! Here to let you know I'm available for all kinds of housework!
Pictured are some of my outdoor tools. I'm currently working on a half acre jungle of weeds and tall grass that's giving me a real full-body workout. And loving it! Then there's pics of the door closer for a new ADU and a faucet replacement.
Drop me a line if you need something done!
The maga lords have banished Stephen Colbert and the last show is tonight. Since I got rid of cable last year, umm... are there any bars in town that will be airing it?
I have an orange (1) flag on my chat widget, but when I open chat I don't see any new chat going on. Nobody is blocked on my account. What could it mean?
If we're so concerned about things like the environment and droughts, than why are we still trying to emulate 18th century aristocracy by maintaining grass lawns? Besides the pollution that comes from various chemical applications and gas powered implements, it's also a big waste of money.
There are much better, low water intensive ways to manage our outdoor spaces while enhancing biodiversity. If people hit up their HOAs, and political leaders, maybe we could make the city an even nicer place to live.
Hi everybody!
It's Dave, from Dave's Handy Service! Here with a bi-monthly business boost to let you know that there is an easier way to wipe out that honey-do list!

Remember, any improvements you make to your home are tax deductible, so it's a win-win-win! First, you win be getting stuff done; second is that deductibility (woohoo!); and third, I won't have to move all my earthly possessions to go live under that lovely bridge I have my eye on!
