How does weed / marijuana affect your recovery and sleep?

I’m finding out it affect me at the same level as alcohol. (See yellow days)

Is it really a benefit / recovery drug for some?

Went on a long walk with our dog and because of the poor design the plastic part of the leash rubs on the front of her neck in a very specific spot.

Junk design wrapped in poor analytics no one actually cares about. Plus a monthly subscription.

Total waste of money.

Any advice of where to go from here?
