Has anyone made any sort of list or document that tracks what restaurants here post nutritional information?

If not I might decide to make one myself in my free time. I've been losing weight for about 2 months now, and I miss eating out, but it seems like 3/4 of the restaurants here don't post any nutritional info. It's really disappointing, and I have a terrible memory, so every time I want to eat out instead of cooking I have to go look through which ones do and don't again.

Having some sort of public Google Doc where anyone can go on there, ctrl+F to see if the restaurant they want is on there, and then click a link that automatically brings them to the nutritional info page/PDF would be a grand idea. Does this already exist? If not, please comment any restaurants you know that do post nutritional info, because I think I'll make it when I have time.

How do you make a low-calorie meal without just getting hungry again 1-2 hours later?

I'm trying to get back on dieting and exercise. Went to Qdoba today and hit the gym right after. Grilled chicken bowl, pinto beans, brown rice, lettuce, pico, salsa, cilantro, jalapenos. Should be 520 calories according to their calculator. Boom. Great.

I was starving the moment I left the gym. Hungrier than I was before I even got the burrito bowl. It's miserable. I don't get it. It's high-protein, high-fiber, portion wasn't even small. It's the same when I order a salad literally anywhere. The only low-calorie meal I've come to rely on that actually satiates me for a decent amount of time is if I just eat an entire can of beans with onions or peppers or whatever else.

How do you not go crazy eating low-calorie meals?

Are there any mods or settings that ensure players can spawn on different landmasses?

Hey all. Me and 2 buddies like to play Civ VII weekly, and we kinda have a bro code that we should bully AI before gunning for each other.

The problem is that we have recently added another buddy, and what keeps happening is that we all spawn alone on a continent with all the AI in distant lands, and we all decided we weren't fond of Pangaea. We'd really like it if we could just press a button and guarantee that the players are distributed evenly across the major continents, that way if someone wants to go ham on conquest in antiquity it doesn't become a de facto single player game. I can't seem to find anything like this in the settings, so am I missing something or is there a mod potentially that would help?

Is Shadows worth it for someone who wasn't crazy about the RPG mechanics?

Hello. I'm looking for input as to whether or not I should buy Shadows.

To explain a bit, I'm a long time fan of the series, have been playing it since I was like 12. There's a lot I love about all the games, but the RPG mechanics never really struck my fancy. I liked Origins well enough, I played Odyssey for a while but didn't finish, and I honestly think the only reason I finished Valhalla was because I bought the big boy edition with all the DLC and it offers to bring up your level to one appropriate for the DLCs. Mirage was a step in the right direction for me and I plan on getting the AC4 remaster soon. I guess I can enjoy the RPG system if I feel like I'm not grinding for too long. I'm aware there's a pretty big difference in the way Naoe and Yasuke play, and that sounds interesting to me.

In truth though, I'm just a massive weeb and have been salivating at the thought of Japanese Assassin's Creed for years. I feel the urge to buy it, but I really don't want to if it's going to make me feel the same way Odyssey and Valhalla did. Are there customizable settings for gameplay like there is in Mirage? I think that'd really make it for me.

EDIT: You've all given very kind and helpful input, and I think I will give it a shot. Thanks a bunch!

Where's the nearest place to get flavored vapes around here?

Recently got hooked on them while on a trip and I know Utah has laws against their sale. Is the closest place to get them in Mesquite? Or does Littlefield/Beaver Dam have any stores since it's in Arizona?
