Connecting to my Plex Server remotely when I don't have control over my (shared) internet

I live in an apartment complex where internet is managed by the complex; each unit pays a mandatory flat monthly fee for internet. It's not ideal but it is what it is.

I have my Plex server plugged into an ethernet port. It is also running on a VPN for privacy. I use Plex on the TVs in my home to stream from it. However, only devices that are plugged in via ethernet can view the Plex server. No devices can wirelessly detect the server, even when on the complex's Wi-Fi network.

This means I have no way to access my Plex server's content on the go and use that feature of my Plex Pass. I am assuming that this is due to the configuration of the network, but, I am wondering if there is any way to get around this and make my server discoverable outside of the ethernet network.

Spoiler tagging because it is possibly irrelevant, but in case it matters how the shared internet works: >!Each unit has a wireless access point on the ceiling, and each room has at least 1 ethernet port on the wall. You get access to the whole network, so your Wi-Fi connects regardless of where you are in the building or community areas. There is no interactive login for the internet; there is just a single Wi-Fi password they tell you when you login. I have a similar streaming experience with using Steam Remote Play/Sunshine/Moonlight from my gaming PC (no VPN on this one); no device can detect the gaming PC unless it is hardwired into the same network as it.!<

“Deluxe Class under 30” coverage required?

I’m 28 and just booked a car, and realized after that it says that if you’re under 30, you need to have standard or minimum coverage. But I declined coverage when booking, and it let me. Now I’m confused on whether I actually needed it or not; it didn’t require it. Is it worth contacting the host? Does he even have any control over it? I didn’t want to purchase coverage because my car insurance will cover me

I had a super strong feeling that after setting the rain with Pelipper, Basculegion would do Flip Turn and switch out with Archaludon. So I used Close Combat on Basculegion, knowing that if he didn’t flip turn, I was about to whiff a fighting move on a ghost type.

I know this is probably pretty basic of a read for others, but as someone who literally learned what Fake Out or Tailwind even was like 3 weeks ago, this was a nice confirmation that your girl is actually learning and getting better!

From what I understand, playing 3 matches gets you the reward, and beyond that, it's basically just like playing ranked; there is no extra reward to earn or anything to grind towards. Am I correct in this?

Recruitment can be done for free every 22 hours (and honestly way more often because Quick Coupons are given pretty generously daily), and, trial recruitment is always free. Trial recruitment Pokemon are added to your box for 7 days. Now, they kinda suck to use because they have locked stats, moves, etc., but, the bright side is, when their 7 days is up, they don't automatically leave your box. You can't use them on teams anymore, but, you can keep them indefinitely.

This is lovely because it means that you can trial recruit all the Pokemon you want, and, provided you have the box space for it, hold onto even the ones you don't need right now, in case in the future you want to unlock permanent recruitment for them. So whenever I recruit, I just always trial recruit a new Pokemon I don't have, so that, even if it has been more than 7 days since I recruited it, I can always just permanently unlock it if I later decide to try it out.

It also means that there is truly never a situation where you recruit a good Pokemon, or even a shiny, and, have to lose it because you couldn't afford to keep it.
