Why do ppl wait at La Crosse and Mopac?
Nearly if not every day I pass cars parked (with ppl sitting inside) on the side of the road at the entrance from La Crosse to Mopac traveling south? Approx 330/4pm. Just bugs my brain I cant figure out why thatd be😆
