Accounts got suspended for no reason two days ago

I read a lot of posts that people’s Instagram accounts kept getting disabled for no reason but I never thought it’d happen to me. I had a bunch of different Instagram accounts (main, spam, art, etc.) and two days ago, I created a new account because I wanted to start a fan page of a celebrity. They asked do I want to use email address, phone number, or link to other accounts using Meta when creating the account and I clicked on the third because I thought it’d be easier.

They immediately suspended my new account because they thought I was trying to impersonate the celebrity. There wasn’t even TIME for me to do anything on the account. They gave me two options. They told me I can submit ID or request another review. I wasn’t sure what to do so I submitted my ID. They said to reupload it and I reuploaded another ID. I waited the 24 hours and when I tried to click on the profile, it won’t log me in. There’s no password because I used Meta to link it to my main account and other accounts.

I checked my email and Instagram said that they permanently disabled my new account because it doesn’t follow Community Guidelines. My spam account, which is completely unrelated to the celebrity and has nothing of them on it, was also suspended. I can’t log into that account either and Instagram doesn’t even show me options to submit ID or request another review.

Is there anything I can do about this? I literally didn’t try to impersonate anyone using the new account. I don’t know how it immediately got suspended. Is there some kind of AI detection? Also, I literally haven’t even posted on my spam account in over a month so I’m not sure why they suspended it. Thank God this didn’t happen but how did my main not get suspended, even though it’s linked to Meta and my other accounts? This doesn’t make any sense.

Is there any way to contact an actual human agent? I’m so frustrated with the constant bugs, glitches, and other issues like this. Is it possible to create another account with the same username?

Unauthorized Amazon Canada purchase

My dad has an Amazon account. He used to have an Amazon Prime subscription. Months ago, when we opened his Prime Video app, a random guy’s name came up as a profile. We were concerned because we didn’t share our Amazon Prime credentials with anyone nor do we know this person. We soon forgot about it.

I’m not sure if this is related but right now, my dad checked his bank app and it shows that a purchase was made on Amazon Canada. We live in the US and he didn’t make any purchase today or in recent days that cost that amount of money so we know it’s not him.

The only thing he bought today was food at a store. He said the when he tried to tap his card, it wouldn’t work so the cashier took it and inserted it into the scanner.

I wonder if this has happened to anyone else. Should he just contact the bank or is there anything else he should do?

PLEASE HELP EVITE INVITATION PHISHING SCAM

My son received an email to his school and personal email address with an Evite invitation from a teacher at his school. He never clicks on unknown links but he thought this was something important from a teacher so he clicked on it.

It took him to a website where he was asked to sign in with Google and it looked exactly like the regular website. He entered his personal email address and password. The website kept loading and he felt something was wrong so he immediately changed his Google account password.

I’m not able to upload a screenshot of the email to this post.

The bottom of the email reads “This email was sent by [a man’s name]@gmail.com because you have been invited to an event by [another man’s name].” I’m not sure who these men are but they’re not the teacher. I blurred their names out because I’m not sure if they’re the hackers or also victims of the scam.

Please help us and let us know what to do. We’re extremely worried. He opened the link on his iPhone. How can we be sure if he accidentally installed a virus or if his personal information has been compromised?
