Should I go completely wihtout youtube/tiktok all day for 2 weeks or limit usage?

Been doing 8+ hours of YouTube a day and getting nothing done in my life. thought I was just a constant learner but then found the YouTube addiction videos. Now trying to quit.

For the last couple of days i've been basically doing nothing at all for several hours a day instead of youtube watching but still giving myself a few hours of usage in the evenings. Should I keep going this way or cut out completely for a set time?

I suspect the teeth are responsible for most people's tmjd

https://www.facebook.com/groups/orthodonticmalpracticevictims/

and yes, I am aware that NOT ALL jaw problems are to do with the teeth.

Biting is the primary function of the jaw.

The jaw hangs in the socket by muscles, it doesn't cause itself damage for no reason. Misalignment when biting is an obvious thing that can cause mechanical problems yet ignored by the vast majority of professionals i've seen.

Orthodontics is a huge cosmetics industry with a long history of lying about jaw problems.

Changes to by bite are the only thing that alters my symptoms and its utterly profound. this is a living hell and i would rather die than be trapped with this messed up bite and jaw forever. such an evil profession.

https://www.reddit.com/r/aspergers/comments/hodvoj/warning_to_all_autistics_who_will_listen_please/

There's a big warning here about trading so I wanted to try a fake trading simulator first. Any suggestions?

Like many of you i cannot deal with people and cannot hold down a job. I also suffer chronic jaw pain and ETD which drives me insane cosntantly.

I don;t really have a future and i need to figure out some way to make money by myself

Forming dental resin onto pla directly?

Hello, i'm just experimenting with forming some dental splint resin directly onto PLA. It fuses unfortunately and I was wondering whether any kind of separator material might work?

Scared about the future. Cannot deal with people, employment and chronic pain.

36/M South of England. Masters degree, Russel group Uni, Stem Science.

Like many of you, I was great at exams. Did really well at Uni but the whole time I had this feeling of dread for what comes after. I simply could not, and still cannot , imagine working in an office or doing a full time job. My dad got me a summer job at a pub when i was at Uni and all it did was hit home how inept I am at social situations. I was kept on because i was reliable and they knew my dad but my god was I terrible at socialising.

Before that, I had work experience and then a summer job at a College IT department. I was tasked with installing windows on 200 laptops. They expected it to take me a few weeks but I figured out the wait timings and setup the desks and a rolling chair to do them simultaneously. Took me 2 days. I'm super efficient but can't do people.

Since leaving Uni I have been at a loss. I have chronic Eustachian tube dysfunction and chronic jaw problems, both because of my teeth and jaw not fitting properly and an evil coverup by orthodontists who are washing their hands of patients like me that they should be fixing. I don't want to go too much into that since I've posted so much about it already although it is the main torment destroying my life.

I dropped out of my PhD because of my health problems but maybe it was partly burnout as well. Everyone was nice but i was severely sleep deprived because of the etd waking me throughout the night. I was suicidal until i finally figured out what was wrong with me. Now i'm angry beyond anything I could have imagined before. The orthodontists are just ignoring the problems they should be fixing and they're destroying my life.

I've been back home for the last 10 years just surviving while trying to get treatment. I've had no income and my future looks bleak

I'm trying to think of things I could actually do to make some money. It's really got to be things in a low pressure environment. My jaw and ear problems are killing me and on top of autistic burnout i cannot deal with anything.

I'm thinking of piano tuning since I could learn it and do it by myself.

Please don't tell me to get therapy. it doesn't work for me and it's money I don't want to lose.

Gonna write some songs about autism. Give me some topics/ideas!

I've always wanted to write songs but never really been cool enough for pop music. Also, i could never bring myself to write about 'love' or 'sex' which is like 99% of pop music lyrics. I always found it mind numbing and could never relate.

Instead, I'll try writing some songs about autism. Give me some topics/ideas!

I also write in the 'architect' style where i plan out a beginning middle and end so it follows a kind of story.

Can't find the advanced high quality audio option s24 8.5

I thought this update had support for dji mics with high quality audio (24 bit). I can't see that option anywhere. Does anyone have it working?

The very basics of jaw function - do the teeth AND jaw fit, are being ignored, en masse, by the professionals.

Orthodontists make more money from cosmetic procedures than dealing with functional problems.

Jaw surgeons make money from jaw surgeries.

Dealing with underlying mechanical problems does not suit their vested interests and it makes me sick to hear and go through such terrible sufferring., the professionals are overwhelmingly vile people who only care about themselves.

I read in a news article that 24bit bluetooth audio via the dji mics was going to be supported without the adapter. Anyone tested this?

Also, have they fixed the 24 exynos white balance problems yet?

I have an s24 exynos 256gb and a pixel 9a and deciding which to sell on
