PSI and battery efficiency - discuss!

So my 2" Schwalbe Marathon tires (29s) have a 70 PSI max rating. I can definitely tell I get a lot more mileage out of my bike when the tires stay full. I was recently being very lazy and didn't fill up my tires for a month or more and was getting very sluggish performance and noticeably poor mileage out of a full battery (when tires were at ~40-50 PSI).

I didn't do a real data comparison of how much worse the efficiency was, but I'm curious, what has your experience been like with maximizing distance in relation to your tire PSI?

Does anyone have any data that shows how much better efficiency you get from keeping tires at the max recommended volume versus at the low end of the recommendation?

Some people like a softer ride at lower PSI, but how much does this sacrifice distance on a full battery?

Motor volume - how loud is your e-bike?

For context, I have a mid-drive Gazelle Medeo T10+, Class 3, with a Bosch Performance Line Speed (BPLS) gen 4 motor. It's louder than I prefer, it's always just been....audibly present, even on the eco setting.

Is that normal for other BPLS owners? What are your thoughts on your motor volume and if you had to choose again, would you get a bike with a quieter, if not less powerful motor? Are there motors with the same power output as the BPLS (85nm) that are whisper quiet?

Woodworking Clamps

I'm looking to make an at-home bike repair lift. In order to secure the pieces I've already made off the ground, I'm hoping to find two (2) clamps (ideally ones that open to at least 7" or more)

Anyone have a pair they aren't using? (I sometimes rent them from SEPTL, but it would be nice to work on bikes more regularly). I would also be open to borrowing some and can return when needed, if you're within a 4-5 mile radius from inner SE.

Driving insured partner's vehicle as an uninsured driver, am I covered?

I currently don't own a car, but have a license - meaning I don't have car insurance right now. My partner has Progressive and we are taking a road trip soon, but they don't want to be the only one driving the whole time. If I drive their car (and they are physically in the car), is there any risk of me not being insured or not being on their policy? Would I need to be added as a driver on the policy before embarking? Any recommendations or clarifications would be helpful!

Edit: we don't live together.
