Can I ever stop supplementing Iron?

I feel like I have always had a turbulent relationship with iron deficiency since I started menstruating. It would be normal for a while, then I would get deficient, and with supplements would go up and stay up for a while, then back down. 8 months ago, it went up to a point where I had too much iron, so I stopped supplementing, and now I am deficient again; my haemoglobin is normal, but my ferritin dropped from 80 to 18. Why is this happening, and how to stop this cycle?

Bright red blood in stool

It's been about a month since I had bright red blood in my stool. It felt like a lot, like I had to use 8-10 wipes for it to fully stop, and it was only on toilet paper, not mixed in the stool. It was only that one time it happened and hasn't been any recurrence since then, but now I am concerned, got a blood test recently, and my iron has gone down to deficiency level, while it was fine 7 months ago when I was supplementing (not taking supplements now). I am kinda spiraling over this: low B12 and vit D too, and I had some stabbing pain in abdominal area (would go from left to right then back) come and go for a couple of secs but it settled down now, sometimes when I eat lactose (I am lactose intolerant).

Should I refer to the doctor and request a colonoscopy?

5.3 TSH but normal within range Free T4

5.3 TSH but normal within range- Free T4. I just wanted to post this to see if anyone has had a similar experience to mine and reversed it. My doctor has told me to observe it and take a test again in a few months. I also found out I am deficient in iron and B12, so maybe that is a contributing factor, but I have gained some weight; besides that, no symptoms. The weird part is, I got all this tested around 6 months ago, and everything was normal, including my TSH.

How long to get results?

Did you guys get the exam results instantly after completing it? I saw a Congratulations right after submitting, but I missed whether it was for submitting the exam or actually passing.

What makes the Big Bang an expansion rather than an explosion?

I’m a bit confused about why we refer to it as an “expansion” rather than an “explosion.” I understand that the term “Big Bang” was originally coined by a critic of the theory and isn’t technically accurate, but I’m not sure why that is. What exactly makes it inaccurate? If everything happened so quickly, what distinguishes an expansion from an explosion in this context, and why is “expansion” the preferred term?

How do Aussies watch the F1 streams without Kayo?

I’ve heard Apple TV has secured the rights to stream F1 in the US. Would that still be accessible using a VPN? Is there any way to continue watching through F1TV?

How do muscles actually grow?

I have been working out at the gym for a while now and have not seen much progress in my muscle growth. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but it would be great to get some routines that people have followed where they saw results in growing their muscles and getting stronger.

What would existentialists, utilitarians, or philosophers argue humanity should preserve if Earth became uninhabitable and we had to leave to a new planet?
