Which is better and safer to take longterm together with birth control if you have high DHT? I dont plan on having children at all

When i gently pull on the hair on the babyhairs of my sideburns or on my neck or hairline they just come of so easily without any strong pulling. I have had increased shedding since one year, after coming off the pill. Dht is elevated and going to an endocrinologist on monday.
Does anyone with aga or hormonal hairloss have the same issue i feel so lost

Hey guys, did anyone here ever suffer from diffuse miniaturization all over the head which developed within a year? It all started after dropping my birth control, I lost so much hair since then and ALL strands have thinned out. im so sad my hair changed completely and is not recognizable anymore. Is this for sure AGA? If you have/had sth like this how is your situation now or did sth work for you?

Did anyone experience slow, thinning almost feathery regrowth after shedding? And lighter in colour? My shedding wont go back to normal since a year and its not properly regrowing.
