WIRING NIGHTMARE

just bought this 2005 volkswagen jetta gli little did i know the whole thing has been ran through and all the wires have been tinkered with and im kinda at a loss for words and i dont really know where to go from here lol i got it down to this point because they messed something up where the tcu is getting no communication and im getting no boost so yeah any insight would help

so recently my dpf has gotten so bad i have a code of it popping up saying there is too much soot in it so it’s time to delete the dpf but im trying to figure out how i can do it the cheapest way anytning at home i can do like just get the egr block off plate and gut the dpf like whats the cheapest way because ain’t no way im paying 800$ just to put a straight pipe in
