I'm using the Simplus 30L oven and I sell cookies that weigh around 40–45 grams each. Ito yung recipe ko for my base dough:

1 cup unsalted butter 440g all-purpose flour 100g white sugar 300g brown sugar 1½ tsp baking soda 1½ tsp salt 2 large eggs + 2 egg yolks 1 tbsp vanilla 2 tbsp cornstarch

I divide the dough into 4 flavors:Classic Chocolate Chip, Matcha, Red Velvet, and Cookies & Cream.

Ang ginagawa ko is I preheat at 160°C for 10 minutes, then bake at 155°C for 15 minutes Nag sspread naman ung cookies to around 8 cm.

My main problem is that some cookies come out undercooked kapag nilalabas ko na sila. Hindi rin pantay yung pagka-bake depending on whether they're on the top, middle, or bottom rack.

Ano kaya ang mas okay gamitin and gawin?

Plancha or baking tray?

Baking paper or silicone mat?

Anong recommended temperature?

Gaano katagal dapat i-bake?

Hello! Im not aiming for something so high pero please answer po sa may alam:(. I failed 2 of my quizzes (33% and 62%) and my deptals na 68%.
