In need of HOTAS suggestions

I’m looking into replacing my T16000m, it’s been trouble since I got it 4 years ago, the z axis was broken out the box, the POT on the throttle has always had a terrible jiggle, and now my analog stick doesn’t work. I’m looking for something budget friendly but a little better than the t16000. I don’t want to spend a ton, I know you get what you pay for or whatever but I’ve been looking into Ursa Minor price range, but I want a throttle also. Don’t come with some BS, just please answer the question or move on
