20M, have experience in sales for more than a year and a diploma in my finance field, how hard it is to actually land my first job in finance sector? I know diploma is nothing but if i had to start to work on a certification, which one would help me get my first job? Cfa level 1, csc, cfi? And how do i network coz ik the market is really bad rn.
