GW should've given each detachment two rules, like the Kroot detachment.

I know this topic has been talked to death, and that GW is never gonna treat this faction as a proper one, but GW should've given each detachment 2 rules, like how Kroot Hunting Pack has two seperate abilities to give your Krooy army two abilities to work with.

Not only that, but GW should've made them 2DP each, with the exception of Veiled Blade which should be 1DP, so that it can slot into any Imperial Agents army, regardless of the detachment you're running.

Off the top of my head, my ideas for the second rules would probably be lesser versions of their normal army rules, like some kind of movement ability for the Ordo Malleus detachment, a lesser or side-graded Oaths of Moment for the Deathwatch, some kind of dice manipulation for the Ordo Hereticus, and maybe some kind ability to generate Command Points while you control objectives for Imperialus Fleet.

If GW did this, you could essentially choose your army rule depending on how you wanted to play Imperial Agents, as well as your detachment rule.

The only detachment I would keep the same is Veiled Blade, not because I think it's strong, but because then the detachment could be made into a 1DP detachment that you could use to buff up your Assassins if you wanna take them.

I'd like to hear what you guys think of this idea though

So, how are we all feeling about 11th?

Personally, I'm loving it. My mechanized infantry GK lists have actually been doing pretty good in my games, and it's been some of the most fun Ive had

Had a hilarious idea for a Grot unit

So, I accidentally printed this dakkajet way too small, but it gave me this idea of a Grot alternative to the Deffkoptas where it's a unit of 3-6 Grot sized fightas that are more shooty, but when they die and roll for deadly demise, if they roll a 6, they get to choose what enemy unit suffers the mortal wounds, but if they roll a 1 or a 1-2, their unit suffers the mortal wounds

Mechanized Assault GK list for 11th

Is this optimal? Probably not. Will it be fun? I think so. Are most units in my list getting support from the detachments? Yes.

Warpbane is probably 2DP

At the end of the article, GW called out that Warpbane Task Force, Hallowed Conclave, and Sanctic Spearhead still exist, and that they would combo well with the new detachments. This implies that they are at most 2DP, which is great news for us

What detachment are you guys hoping to combo?

I'm really hoping that Banishers is 2DP and Sanctic Spearhead is 1DP so that I can run combined arms armies in a really fun way, and also because it's gonna make Dreadknights really good if the rules for both either remain unchanged or get buffed

I think that GW has the opportunity to do something cool for the Agents, and that's to let us use a detachment for the units when they're allied into another Imperium army. For example, let's say I'm playing a Militarum Tempestus army and I wanna throw in some Grey Knights and Ordo Malleus units to make a Daemonhunters force. If GW is cool, they could let me take Bridgehead Strike alongside the Ordo Malleus detachment (and maybe a third detachment depending on if Bridgehead Strike is 1 or 2 DP), and I could run an army where my allied units still get some buffs from their detachment while the rest of my army gets Orders and Bridgehead Strike buffs
