Cbd isolate

How much CBD isolate do you use for anxiety? My first time taking it. I took way too much about 24 mg and my whole face was numb. It did work for anxiety but then kind of gave me anxiety because my face was numb.

Medication?

Medication suggestions. Been having severe anxiety. Can't sleep. Tried Buspar, but I had to quit after just one week because it caused nasal acid swelling and I can't deal with that. I have a deviated septum and any swelling completely closes one side of my nose. It just makes my anxiety worse. I did try CBD and that day I was a lot better. I tried it early in the day because I don't like doing anything new at night. Had an awful night though once it were off. Also took too much in my face was numb so got to let that get out of my system before I try again. Anyways, now I'm scared because it looks like all anxiety medication will cause nasal passage swelling. Any suggestions? Anything you've used?

Anyone with experience using sublingual mmunotherapy for mold allergy? If so did it work? How long before you saw improvement? Reaction to the drops?

I have horrible anxiety. I can't sleep . I just constantly panic. I'm terrified. What was your dosage and how long before you saw an improvement? Anyone who was like this?

I'm not exactly 100% sure if it's perimenopause, but back in 2024 I had a severe panic attack from a dead sleep. I had no history before that of any issues. That caused anxiety and insomnia for about 7 months. Then I was good for over a year. Now it's all the said back and worse. I did start progesterone a few days ago, but just 50 mg because I'm terrified of it making me worse. Things always seem to have the opposite effect on me so I just wanted to start low. Has anyone else been like this? It seems so extreme for this to be a normal part of life. I get scared and suicidal. I guess just overwhelmed. Terrified of night time. I did have to go to the emergency room and they prescribe hydroxyzine. Help me sleep for 2 days but then didn't work last night. Either way, I went down the rabbit hole of why they would give me an antihistamine for anxiety and found the pepcid/Allegra trend. Any experience? I then thought back and last time when I woke up panicking my nose was swollen and shut (that wasn't completely unusual for me. I have a mold allergy and a deviated septum), but I felt like I couldn't breathe and it made me panic. So I started Zyrtec immediately. Maybe that's why it wasn't as bad last time. Anyway sorry for rambling anybody have experience with this?

Has anyone tried using Allermi for a few days while letting the steroid build up and then switching to just a steroid?

I only need something when I get sick. I am terrified of any rebound but I have a deviated septum and cannot stand one side of my nose being closed.
