Can somebody please help me understand ICD Codes in a lab order by your doctor

I just started looking into the meanings of the ICD Codes on a lab order and some of these "diagnoses" are things which have not only never mentioned by me or my doctor, but are things which would be obvious if if were an issue for you, and you would definately know it, but they are not. I mean some, I get, but some seem just not at all apliccable So I don't get it.

Am I correct in my understanding that ICD Codes are diagnoses?

And as far as a situation you would definitely know, I'll give a hypothetical example, which is probably not even a real ICD code, but what if, for example, a code, once looked up, turned out to mean "freququent falls", like that, is something you would definitely know if you were affected by.

But there's things on there, that I just don't know where they come from.

How & why does this happen?

And as for other things not so clear is it fair to assume that the inclusion of an ICD Code means the doctor wants to check to see if these are things possibly affecting me?

Or are the ICD Codes supposed to be things that have been noticed or observed by him or somehow indicated some relation from other tests, etc? And they are considered to already be issues ...?

Or both?

I need some clarification

Why do people you are nicest to change on you for no reason

I've had a pattern over the last couple of years or so, where people I know, just out of the blue, one day flip the switch, and disrespect. Typically doing something that makes it clear you just must end the friendship or maybe just not having any say but it ends.

Like a couple examples would be ghosting u, on 3 different occasions, Gossiping to where another person then has contention toward you, and also decides they also don't wanna talk to u, or sending you some outlandish & hurtful text, criticizing & demeaning you as a person, even though having nothing to say about anything you may have reasonably done to affect them, and so on.

I mean, I have pretty good insight about what could reasonably warrant someone's not wanting to be friends anymorore, and sometimes, get a general, vague, or specific explanation. But its never something so severe to impact a friendship or change how you feel about someone overall, and in general, know in my gut there's more to it.

Sometimes there's no explanation at all. I pride myself on being fair and open to constructive criticism, especially if it may offer an opportunity to better myself, try to view things from every angle, including putting myself in their shoes, and believe in owning my own behavior, and see no point in denying if I may have done something wrong. And even in being accountable or open in case there was even a remote possibility I could have done something hurtful or unacctable, as I respect how everyone's perception is different.

But my gut is my gut and doesn't fail me. And I'm grateful for having the insight I do.

So what I want to really understand, is how its not just people changing, but in general, they tend to be the ones I've been the nicest to or done the most for, and have generally appreciated it. I can't say all, but typically yes, but whether they do or don't is pretty much irrelevant to me because when I "give" (time, love, service, compassion, ...), I do it because I want them to have it, and don't expect props recognition, special treatment, or even a thank you. As long as it's had the effect I intended, which is basically some kind of benefit to them or improvement of circumstances, or just happiness, then I'm happy. And if it doesn't then it doesn't.

But I'm just baffled and trying to understand, how its these people in particular, who I have been the nicest to who tend to be the ones who do this. Because I'm not forcing them to be my friend and everything seems enjoyable, I'm not the one always initiating contact, its basically mutual, and not unusually demanding of ther time or anything else. I'm pretty private and keep most problems to myself, and so on...

And there's NEVER anything major, if even anything at all that proceeded this which could have possibly led to them being so bitter (?), if that's what it is.

And I feel so strongly about being open and respectful to other peoples' thoughts, feelings, and perceptions, that in these cases, I've had a tendency to pretty much immediately and instinctively give them the benefit of doubt, wanting to acknowledge their feelings are valid, and blah blah blah, and be compassionate & empathetic to the point where I find myself being OVERLY apogogetic, apologigizing in every which way, about whatever supposedly led them to take these extremes.

And then in hindsight. Only after doing so, and done talking to them ( if/ when that is even an option), realize, wait a moment, I just really & totally did not doing anything wrong, or definitely, & absoltuely not of such magnitude to warrant such behavior. And have come to realize that's like an insult to my dignity for me to react that way, because whst's happening is I basically wind up and resort to admitting to being guilty of something, when Im not, and as if deserving of taking that being, when I absolutely am not, in any way! So I'm working on that & trying to change it.

And finally just wanna add I'm definately, & absolutely not a person who would come across as needy. So why this trend? Why "them", of all people.

Its always bugged me throughout life when I've had those unique instances where people ur close to just go left field without any reason, and act this way, and you just wind up never knowing why, but why now its been a pattern is it happening with " these" people specifically, as described and I just don't get it!

What is this perfume? Can't make out the writing

I came across this little bottle of perfume and for the life of me, cannot figure out what it says or what kind it is.

Any ideas?

Tiiny, round, like classic nail polish shape/ size, but maybe somewhat smaller.

gold colored metal twist off top.

Bottle colored seems like blended color glass like an amber & tan in color.

The print to me looks like for the brand it's says "dR", lower case d & capital F

possibly JR

Then underneath, if I had to guess the rest of the print would say "Pekill of NC"?

I have someone who has disability related struggles in communicating and organizing. She struggles in verbal communication with organizing, processing, summarizing, remembering, and retaining what's being discussed, and applying these skills to effectively say what she wants and needs to say during verbal conversations.

She is hoping to get a newer iPhone that can help minimize these difficulties, and her becoming overwhelmed and minimize anxiety and ihave increased effectiveness & productivity associated in dealing with these things

It's challenging to remember and document, and keep track of information discussed with health care providers, and remember instructions and what was said.

In addition, she struggles with organization of physical things and things technology related.

So she wants to know of any specific apps specific to iphones to help with these things, and also help manage organize, and easily access things like pics, documents, records, etc.

She also sells things online and would like to know if it could help in similar ways with things related to this PT employment and generating income And also wants to volunteer at a social services agency. So any way it might help here, also a bonus. Like supporting clients, and any people works she works with.

So she specifically needs to know and provide:

- Exact "Names" of any such such apps, functions, etc

- Which model iphones could this specifically work on, but not others

- In what way each unique app, function will assist

- How these are unique to a particular iPhone.model or models, ( which ones exactly?)

- Why it may not work with a different phone (older models, androids, model variations...), if spplicable

She's needs to be as specific and exact as possible with every detail

She needs to provide this very specific information to the 3rd party ASAP for them to approve it. They are wanting to get it approved but because of funding requirements must validate their purchase in this way and cannot approve it without it...Basically needing to prove & substantiate - why "this phone* in particular? What can it support/ do that no other phone/s can...

- So which iPhone models is best, and why?

Any and all input is so greatly appreciated
