Dry eyes?
I've been using a CPAP machine for sleep apnea for about a year and a half and love it, but lately I keep waking up with watery irritated eyes. My eye doctor can't find anything really wrong and thinks it may be a tiny bit of air leakage blowing into my eyes, even though it seems like a have a great seal. Has anyone tried using a sleep mask over your eyes to prevent air leakage from bothering your eyes? Do they make anything like this for CPAP users? I can't find one special for CPAP, but thought I'd just try a regular sleep eye mask.
Thanks!
