Okay, so am a vegetarian and I am 19 years old. I live in a hostel and I hit the gym daily. I have tofu, sattu water/milk, lots of salad and 2 fruits daily, with that I also drink 3L of water. I train core twice and legs, back, triceps & biceps, chest and shoulder once a week. With that I also walk 10k steps a day. I want to know how can I improve my gym game. Open to advice!!

So, I support CSK but as a cricket fan, I like to appreciate good cricket. I really feel that, this year Punjab should win their first title coz they do deserve it. Last year, nobody imagined that a team that was used to be at the bottom of table at position 7-8, will eventually be the runners up of the season. This season the team was unbeaten till their sixth game. Let’s agree that they really need to fix their bowling lineup and improve their fielding, the last match played against RR was under their control until they started misfielding and oh, not to forget the overwhelming overs of Arshdeep, where he gave away 64 runs. Otherwise, the match was in PBKS’s favour. But apart from this, I really don’t feel that there’s any problem in this team. Although, PBKS has to pull up their socks because the only team that can give them a tough competition in this IPL is RCB. Their batting and bowling line up is really strong, they have batting till Krunal and let’s not forget that Krunal did save them in the previous to previous game and Bhuvi has been charismatic with the ball and you never know when Hazelwood would bolt you away. So, PBKS really has to pull up if they want to win their first title this season.
