Hey finding someone who is willing to help
I have 800sq feet commercial space in Dehradun
Planning to setup a sanitaryware , bath fitting and tiles showroom
Brands like Cera , jaquar offering their authorised dealerships
Now I have few questions ;
Biggest problem of being associated to a particular brand , whenever we stock they will send us complete package of atleast 4.5 lakh in mix stack and we dont have authority to customise that minimum bulk order

Where as running a independent store although we might not get the same margins like authorised dealerships do (2-3% margin loss)
But we can manage dead stock efficiently and without sales pressure by the brand

Anyone who has prior experience in this industry
Willing to join the team ? Specially from dehradun

Life is going fine
Also you have 1 cr
Where will you invest in Dehradun
Doiwala , ranipokhri near airport thano
Where prices are already inflated due to airport expension news

Or in vikas nagar belt where prices are still in control

Or third option in biharigarh , bhagwanpur , laksar bhagwanpur where u can still get 15-30lakh bigha
And can have a decent 3-5bigha land in this money

Iam not selling anything
,we have multiple plots in this area but all are residential plots(200sq yrd eacg)

Near dandi chowk , ranipokhri
Just 6km away from airport

reality check: airbnb is tough in residential area also return is very slow , hardly 2-4 bookings in a month for this area (i have checked it through its app)

Iske ilava kuch suggest karo , if somebody interested to do something together we are open for joint venture as well.
