I have 5 years experience as a ServiceNow Developer

I have an offer from coforge with Goldman sachs as client and other offers from hcl and ltm is it a good option to choose coforge if the pay diffrence is 4-5 lakhs considering the wlb and work pressure will it be worth it?

Im having 5 years of exp as ServiceNow Developer located in india. My current ctc is 7.5lpa and im having an offer of 13 lpa inclusive of variable which i believe is quite low. Am i wrong? What should be my realistical expectation which i should target and is achieveable.
