Emerald Green Arborvitae browning

I’m in central NC, zone 7B. We’ve had a severe drought and I’m hoping that’s all that’s caused the browning in one of my arborvitaes. I have about 14 of them I planted at the same time, about 6-7 years ago. I’ve never seen this much browning on one of them. The browning is primarily on the eastern facing side of the tree. Any help with what might be causing this and if I need to take any action?

L&R Knee Crepitus claim

I submitted a claim for left & right knee popping/pain in 2022, I was diagnosed with crepitus but there was no service connection. I deployed in 2025 and shortly after, spoke to a VSO who helped me file some claims. He also submitted a review/appeal for my previously denied knee crepitus claim. I submitted a lay statement as new evidence (mostly referencing my 2025 deployment) and today they called and scheduled another C&P exam at a VA Clinic. I’m assuming this is normal? I have no problem doing another C&P exam, my knees have only gotten worse so I have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Just curious if this is a normal procedure for appeals/reviews.
