watching the highlights from Clash of Italy, I think I saw Rhea possibly do it?

It’s a very bright movie isn’t it. How do you guys like the visual style of this film?

150 movies even. I have seen a couple more than once so maybe 140 unique films.

Heres a few personal favorites

Send Help: probably the best January movie this year. Bone temple was good too.

Furiosa: I know it’s a 2024 movie and I saw it then also but I just love this and fury road

Goat-I actually just really love the animation more than anything. Great year for animated movies.

Crime 101: while it’s not much more than a basic crime thriller, seeing it opening day in Imax was a great great experience. Saw it in Dolby the following day to compare. Big fan of the cast too

Good luck have fun don’t die: I’m surprised this one made such little noise (only 1 other person in my showing). Can’t wait to rewatch it someday.

They will kill you: highly entertaining movie. chaotic, bloody, funny, awesome

Dhurander the revenge. A 4 hour epic that did not feel long at all.

also a lot of great throwbacks. lala land, ladybird, the killer, parasite, Superman 1978, No Country for Old Men, and The Revenant, amazing amazing visual movie in the big screen

people just can’t help themselves can they. just saw tuner (great film btw) and every time a quiet scene came up the same couple a few rows back had to whisper whisper whisper.

its still distracting and it’s still annoying. you have all the time in the world to discuss the movie after. if the person next to you can hear you, so can everyone else in the surrounding area, especially in a quiet room, PLEASE have some self control

Thanks to unlimited I’ve really branched out and started watching more foreign films.

1. Dhurander and Dhurander 2 (saw both in ‘26) are the gold standard. Crime epics that are like four hours long. They stand up with the best American epics similar to it.
2. Per Aspera Ad Astra is a gorgeous mind bender
3. All you need is kill has amazing animation. I love the crayon drawn look
4. The Kings Warden is a funny movie that also ends in heartbreak
5. Bonolita Express was such a fun ensemble comedy.
6. Exit 8 was a good horror movie with a unique set up
7. Alpha is a movie with a disease that made me feel squeamish.
8. Usaad Baghat Singh had a great main character who was both funny and bad ass.
9. Bullah was another action film with a John Wick like hero and similar fighting and violence
10. Vanishing Point is a movie I just saw today, and while it’s not bad, was way too long imo. But it had good mystery and a few very tense moments

Honestly ive liked them all. I usually go into them pretty blindly and am rewarded with good movies.

not only is there so many trailers but then literally the first minute or two of the movie is production company after production company. It’s like Jesus dude just start the movie lol

yesterday an employee was actually sitting behind us talking to someone during the movie. I guess they knew the person?

then today an employee walks in during the beginning, watches for a minute, then leaves.

then another employee walks in, leaves. a moment later I think the same employe comes in to do the temperature check thing

multiple times during one movie? Whats the deal?

*literally just happens again lol* are they bored or what

I’m talking about like simple two houses either next to each other or across the street. If you have 20 of them together it’s 160 stops. if they’re single it’s 180. it’s like the same thing basically right? actually sometimes I prefer not having to get back into the van, buckle up, just to drive five feet.

Four houses at a time, sure maybe it’s a bit much, but any decent dispatcher should know 160 stop with 20 multi takes longer than 160 single

Whatd you guys think of this one? I saw it on a whim cuz it was the closest showtime by at least an hour after work. I didn’t know much but man, what a crazy wild ride this turned out to be lol. it’s the chaotic energy of uncut gems in a bizarre comedy.

also being a big fan of colorful visuals this movie was very gorgeous looking, very bright and vivid and I loved it for that. the plot is a little out there lol, but in a good way I guess

I’m down 8 pounds in 3 months. 170 from 178.

I workout hard and then eat and sleep. but my boday doesn't really build muscle right? I’m in a deficit. so is muscle protein syn happening to basically just keep what I’ve built previously?

Novel novella or short story?

so I do have a few years training under my belt, and my cardio is great, but my new Amazon delivery job is hell on these middle aged knees. 8-10 miles of walking not to mention getting in and out of the van so many times, climbing steps and all that. even today on an off day my legs are super sore. I basically have to do the elliptical on a day off to get any kind of decent heart workout.

i know in theory your legs would adapt to the stress but I don’t think they can adapt to THIS much
