jst like yall im a part of a desi famility where everything is loaded with shit ton of seed oil. daily basis pe tel main doobe hoye saalan and so called home made roti (which were maidah mixed) has caused a dramatic increase in my weight. im beyong shocked because my diet is vvv simple. daily basis par aik roti subha or aik sham but my weight tells another story as if i chug double loaded cheese burgers whole ass day. these are the kind of things jo ghar main aati. im fed up of telling my mom to cook something healthy but she wont budge. chaske bhi toh pure karne hain ab in ko :(

My granny has three children. Let's call them Alpha, Beta, and Gamma.

* **Alpha** is the eldest (50 years old).

* **Beta** is the middle child (48 years old).

* **Gamma** is the youngest (45 years old)

Until recently, the entire family lived together in a joint family system. After separating, each of the three brothers built houses parallel to one another.

Before moving into these houses, my granny decided that she wanted to live with beta. However, Beta's wife did not want her there. Similarly, Alpha's wife and Gamma's wife also did not want granny living with them. Despite this, nobody openly told granny that they were against the idea.

At present, there is a major conflict in the family. It is basically Alpha versus Beta and Gamma, making the situation extremely tense.

Beta and Gamma constantly create situations to push granny out of Beta's house so that she is forced to move into Alpha's house instead.

This is where my problem begins.

Whenever granny comes to Alpha's house, she brings all the negativity, complaints, and drama from Beta and Gamma's house with her. This constant stress has seriously affected Alpha's wife. Her mental health has deteriorated to the point where she is now receiving treatment.

On top of that, granny has very unhygienic and messy living habits eg cleaning oily hands with bedsheets,salan waale haath on newly painted walls, which Alpha's wife finds extremely difficult to tolerate. She has respectfully tried talking to granny multiple times and explained the issues, but granny is ("dheet") and refuses to change her habits. other than that the entire plan of house is disturbed because of grannys choices. my little sisters room is occupied by granny whereas grannys original room is just steps away this annoys my sister.

As a result, the atmosphere in Alpha's house has become increasingly stressful. Alpha's wife is struggling mentally, while Alpha himself is too naïve to properly handle the situation. Meanwhile, Beta and Gamma continue manipulating circumstances so that the responsibility of caring for granny ultimately falls on Alpha's family.
